Roderick's Spit Roasts Rod, formally of "Hot Rod's Roasts" has re-entered the catering world. It is now a smaller business and is for the love and fun of catering. Roast's by Rod.

We have set packages but if you would like something not listed we would love to hear from you! Roderick's Spit Roasts, are based in Ringwood Victoria but will happily travel if the function is warranted. Simply the Best!

We recently served 150 guests with a "T" shaped buffet and 2 carvers. This provides much quicker service and everyone eating at the same time.
Although this function was a celebration the style of serving is great at work places or any event on a tight time schedule.
And they loved the Smashed Pav Waffle Cones!

I recently did a function where as a cost saving measure the guests brought their own salads, bread etc and i supplied the roast beef and pork.
I can supply for pick up carved roast with spuds and gravy for $11.00 per person. Alternatively i can come out on site and carve in front of your guests for an additional $120 plus a small cost of travel fee according to your location.

Why not order Hot Pulled Beef and Pork in its own gravy. It will stay beautifully hot in the foam box for at least 2 hours. Do your own rolls.

Do you have an event coming up but it's 20+ people and caterers won't do it? Why not pick up a Self Serve Roast Kit from the kitchen in Ringwood? The meats are carved and stay beautifully hot with salads or veggies ready to go.
Save the expense of paying a caterer to come out on site and still enjoy your special occasion!
