Anyone that knows us, knows that we contribute a lot of time with HLS&R but, but this year we were able to contribute to a buying group which bought a Champion level steer and provided a $60K scholarship to our youth! Pretty great feeling when you can give back.

Thank you to everyone that placed a brisket order! We have our 2nd run on the pit right now and only have 18 lbs left for orders on this batch. If you haven’t already picked up, it will be ready at 2pm tomorrow. We plan to continue cooking as long as people want it and are will make chicken, ribs, pulled pork, artisan sausage and brisket burnt end boudain available this time! DM or text for orders!

Who we are...

After cooking for our friends and family for over 10 years, we decided to open a PT catering business called “Wrecking Crew BBQ” 5 years ago. While it was PT, we did over 50 jobs, serving as many as 2,000 people at a time, we gained a lot of experience over those 5 years.

When Texas A&M renovated Kyle Field, they opened a BBQ stand inside the stadium called “Wrecking Crew BBQ.” I don’t think we’re going to compete with them; so we decided to change our name to Brisket Houston.

We had the intention of keeping it PT, but after going to over 10 weddings in the past 2 years and having nothing but over-priced, average food that wasn’t served hot, we decided to fill that void.

If you want great food and quality service at a reasonable price, we are here to serve you with a business lunch, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, tailgate experience, or just a party at your house.
