Mom’s Wings food truck - Our Story
Our Story, a Colorado native family, begins with my entrepreneur husband. We were tired of working long weeks and hot having the quality time our three children deserve. He came to me one day and said we need to use our skills for something more. So with my 17 years of cake decorating and bakery experience and his 20 years of business experience, our first food trailer, the Cupcake Cabin, was born. Built in our backyard from an old pop-up camper, we brought the Cupcake Cabin to life. For over 3 years we had an amazing journey, learning and experiencing catering as well as having a great response from the public, who fell in love with our baked goods.
Now it was time, for us to take the next step in following our dream, in bringing our sweet, spicy, and savory chicken wings flavors to the public. We formed Mom's Wings LLC. We bought a used Frito Lay box truck, and were able to customize the space for our chicken wings food truck passion. With made from scratch, always fresh ingredients, we have perfected our chicken wings recipes. Now it's time for us to bring our love of food to you!
