When I started this business (Sugarbush Records aka Tunbridge Wells Record Exchange) I got some help from a Government scheme called the ENTERPRISE ALLOWANCE SCHEME, which at that time of high unemployment was meant to get people starting their own businesses. You got a lot of help, a two or three month course, and of course sone money every week paid into your business account. It was the money I wanted really tbh, but I qualified and - 31 years later am still doing exactly what I set out to do then. I hope youngsters these days can be given the sane help and support that I got then. So rather than making your election stand about vilifying young people, like Greg Clark seems to be doing right now, how about giving them a helping hand?

Thank you so much to you party goers who braved the freezing cold and warmed up our last (2023) Boogie Nights at The Forum, Tunbridge Wells. We're having a little break now, sadly no NEW YEARS EVE party from us this year either.
We're back in February 2024 for another regular series of parties at TUNBRIDGE WELLS FORUM. Thanks for all your support and dancing this year! It was a blast, notwithstanding my premature announcement of retirement which I swiftly withdrew. 🤪. Have a peaceful holiday season and see you on the dancefloor (or my record shop) before long.
