"What is the Back To Basics Seminar?"
The Back To Basics Seminar is an intimate, cost effective, in-person class that focuses on the business and administrative aspects of running an event planning and design company. In this comprehensive seminar, we provide valuable insights on the software and templates that we utilize. Additionally, we’ll dive into essential topics such as structuring your business, determining pricing strategies, and, most importantly, achieving profitability. We understand that certain aspects, such as accounting, taxes, payroll, insurance, and business setup, may not be the most enjoyable, but we’ll cover them as well. Furthermore, we offer guidance on creating floor plans, event guides, and run-of-show schedules. The seminar also features open Q&A sessions, guest speakers, and transparent discussions about both our failures and areas of great success. We believe in continuous learning and acknowledge that perfection is a journey as we grow ourselves.
