We’ve seen a few videos here and there about what songs you should and shouldn’t play at your wedding… In all honesty, WHO CARES!! It’s YOUR wedding, play whatever you want!! You can’t please everyone so do want you want to do anyways. I’m sure there’s songs you may not want your grandparents to hear or you know they won’t dance to it so it may be good to have specific songs played later on in the evening when they may or may not have gone home already. Feel free to give your DJ a list of songs you definitely want played and maybe a genre or certain types of songs you do not want played like for example, no country music or nothing with curse words so you’ll want the clean version! It’s also nice to have guests request songs, especially when you have them RSVP and there’s a question on your website for song requests; guests will get excited when they hear their song choice come on and will hopefully be out on the dance floor!
