We know it feels to early to think about but........ Valentines Day is 1 month away!
Valentines day is our busiest day of the year and the days leading up to it.
This is why we stress the "order early". Not only do we have to process our flower shipments, take and organize orders, wait on customers, answer phones, it takes time to do the orders and get them ready for delivery, then to route the deliveries and get everything where it needs to go in a timely fashion.
It's so unpredictable how busy we will be from year to year so we try our best to have all bases covered.
With that being said, last year was a nightmare with our phone system and the volume of orders that just kept coming (I know, not a bad problem to have, but it was last minute, same day orders that we could not keep up with.) This year in order to keep up and keep the process as streamline as we can, we may not be able to take same day orders. We will update with delivery availability as the day gets closer and do our best to accommodate everyone, but orders placed on the 14th will be pick up only.
