Greetings All!
It’s here! Just a few more days and you will begin the journey to explore the afterlife with some of the greatest pioneers in this field. I am excited to say that this year will be hard to ever top again. So, to get things rolling I wanted to send out an email to assist with getting your journey to the conference off to a great start (Mercury is in Retrograde).
If you are flying into New Orleans I recommend UBER over taxi. It is usually less expensive, and you are not going into the city so the standard rate of a taxi will usually be higher than UBER. Once you claim your baggage go out of door 10 and walk across to the middle Isle usually to Zone 3. UBER will tell you which Zone when you order. Order in the airport where the Wi-Fi is FREE. Some of you from out of the country may not have 5 or 4G capabilities so order in the airport after you get your baggage. The walk to Zone 3 is literally less than 3 minutes away. The hotel is The Marriott Lakeway Metairie, 3838 N. Causeway Blvd, Metairie, LA 70002. If you have chosen another hotel or place to stay, UBER is still the cheapest mode of transportation. NOLA is a small city and most travel can be done at a reasonable cost. If you are local and driving to the event valet parking is $15 plus tax for the day. If you are staying overnight the hotel has regular fees that apply. Self- Park is $20 per day but there is an hourly option.
The hotel has many amenities for you to enjoy. There is a restaurant, bar, Starbucks, and other services available. However, it is Marriott pricing. Therefore, we have placed a map on the website with other nearby choices that you can enjoy some local options during your stay here in NOLA. If you want a light breakfast I do recommend Starbucks over the dining breakfast for cost factor alone. If you want a great sit-down early morning breakfast, I recommend Peppermill on Severn Ave. and is about a 10-minute walk (they serve liqueurs with coffee and cocktails with breakfast too). There are probably 10 dinner options within walking and 50 dinner options or more within a $10 UBER ride. Half of the conference are locals and are very hospitable people. Make friends and many probably will not mind if you join them for lunch or may drop you off on their way home for dinner. There is even a mall within walking distance full of shops and food venues.
Registration begins at 0800 4/10 in the Orleans Room of the hotel. All your fees must be paid up to date to attend the conference. We will be able to collect any unpaid balances at that time by credit card or cash only. To clarify your payment for the conference includes: all classes, the Friday night séance, the student and Dominic’s Mediumship Demonstration on Saturday, Scott’s trance dem on Sunday and all of Sonia’s work with her reveal on Sunday as well. The following extras will be offered during the conference at some point. Most of these were recently discussed and some changes may take place: Table Tipping (4 seats currently open) Cost $30. Thursday 7pm off premises travel included. Scott, Dominic, and I will be doing sessions with students during the week TBA Wednesday. Sonia is considering a raffle to someone for her to experiment with their loved one from the other side. This will also be announced on Wednesday. Also, Séance toys will be raffled Friday night as it is traditional at TE.
There will also be time for everyone to enjoy the New Orleans Psychic Fair at the hotel Saturday and Sunday. There will be readers, lecturers, energy workers and vendors. Entry is FREE. So, enjoy some time browsing and see what’s up in this magical city. The Lecture schedule is as follows:

Dressing tips: New Orleans weather is warm so indoors is cool/cold. Dress comfortably with good walking shoes. Bring a light sweater or jacket for indoors if you get cool easily. Most places keep the air conditioner set on cold here because of the humidity and heat. Springtime can be beautiful but also can rain each day.
Safety: If you choose to go Downtown New Orleans, be smart. Stay in a group and stay in well-lit areas and walk in the center of the streets not on the sidewalks. Never look like a tourist and keep all monies and phones in your front pockets. Always let one of us know your plans so we can keep an eye out for you if you decide to travel out of the area. Although Metairie is very safe there is an area not far from the hotel that should not be in after 9pm without someone knowing. It is an area full of apartments and not a bad area during the day but at night cannot be the best. It is away from all the places we talked about for food choices and such. I only mention this because if you do not know where you are going you can accidentally end up here. Take UBER at night and all will be GREAT.
In case of EMERGENCY: I always want my people to have the best experiences while here in NOLA. Please text me first or contact me on messenger if you need me. I will then call you ASAP. My personal cell phone is 504-415-5960. If you are just in need of information or letting me know where you are heading, you can also email me at [email protected]. I want to be available for you but also remember that I am hosting the team and crew as well. YES, I will even come try to bail you out of jail…lol. Let us make this Touching Eternity 2024 the most memorable!
See yall Soon!
