Carlos Vigil— our Executive Director of Production and the mastermind behind the magic. With over 30 years in the industry, Carlos is the reason the lights hit just right, the music hits on cue, and the stage becomes a place where dancers truly shine.

He’s not one to step into the spotlight — but he’s the reason it’s there. From the first cable laid to the final blackout, Carlos makes it all happen with precision, passion, and a level of care that most people never even see.

Every show runs smoother, looks sharper, and feels more electric because of him — and your dancer’s moment wouldn’t be the same without his vision behind the scenes.

Justin Mise — the heart, humor, and high standards behind Showbiz and PrimeTime. With 20 years in the business, he’s seen it all… and probably cracked a joke about it too. The stage is home for him — where passion, production, and purpose come together — but he never forgets who it’s really about: the kids. ❤️

Justin has help build more than a competition — he’s helped maintain a fair playground. A space where every dancer, every studio, and every performance is met with the same energy and expectations. No politics. No shortcuts. Just transparency, consistency, and a whole lot of heart.
