Custom Orders! FAQs + How-To
Custom orders are now OPEN. We have 1 spot for October, 2 spots for November, and 1 in December left in 2024. 2025 is also currently booking.
Here are some FAQs on custom orders:

Can you do florals for our whole bridal party? Our arch?
Yes! I just finished a 30-piece collection. I can create whatever you envision.

Where are you located?
I'm an online florist so I do 100% of my floristry through (free) shipping. We have shipped to several states.

Can you help me figure out what I need?
Of course!

What do you use for custom orders?
I use Sola florals with preserved and/or dried, but real greenery and filler. This way your florals are real, but they also last forever. I can also use silk or foam florals if requested.

How do I get a quote?
Just message me!

How do I book and how far out?
I recommend booking as soon as you can. If your wedding is in the Fall (Sept/Oct), my spots fill VERY quickly. Only 30% is due down and the rest isn't due until 1 month before your wedding. We also have payment plan options.

We came up with this 3-in-1 XXL Garland after talking to brides to get quotes down. What is the best way to save money? By renting, but also by using a product that can be used in multiple ways on your wedding day.

-Need an arch? Aisle runner? Ground arch? Boom, done. You can even use 2 for a full giant arch (7-8 feet wide) or a giant ground arch.
-Dont just want white? Add your own florals to it!
-After your ceremony, need your XXL Garland on the bride/groom table? Or guest tables? Or around the dessert table or on a mantle? Just pick it up and relocate it!

Giant garlands can be extremely expensive! Much more, real floral arches are $1-2k minimum and rentals are even $800-1.5.

So what if you had the 11 foot XXL Garland for $225 that you could use in multiple locations? What are you going to use it for?

My goal as a Veteran-wife (who had to find affordable but nice items for our own wedding) is to bring you guys the BEST without the price tag. I had so many brides coming to me when I started with $4-7k price tags solely for bouquets and bouts, and that was a problem I wanted to fix.

Bride & Bloom is a luxury floral rental florist using foam + silk (if you haven't used foam omg they are lovely), and today we launched our first 3 collections! I've talked to about 100 brides and these 3 collections were all requested by nearly all 100 of them. These are by far the most popular color palettes for weddings of 2024, and I hope you love them as much as I do!

Some huge requests I've seen the need for:
-Arches/ground arches - There's nowhere nationally reliable for this. "Hi how are ya?" 😍 We just made a giant lush XXL floral piece for ya for a tiny fraction of the price you'll find locally! Even cooler - this is a 3-in-1 piece! This means you can rent it for a ground arch, floral standing arch, aisle runner, OR reception tables / bride/groom table!! WOW! (PS if you need a different collection color on this one let me know!)

-Payment Plans - We have monthly payment plans. This means you can spend more if you'd like and not worry about it!

-Renting everything but keeping your bouquet - Yup! That's possible too!

-Customization - Don't see your colors? Buy the closest one and add some stems to it to make it your own!

What's Next:
-More payment options - The website decided to break last-minute and not allow direct cards, but you can put your card on it through PayPal now OR choose the monthly payment option available.

-More collections: These do not have a date but I do intend on adding more colors in the future. I do recommend renting the closest collection and adding your accent color in!

With our website, you can easily reserve whatever you need at the click of a button, BUT we also kept our monthly payment plans that are so popular! On the checkout page, just click "monthly payment plan", and we'll getcha set up!

Even though the website is self-service, I still have the goal to be there for everyone in brainstorming and planning. I find that a lot of brides have questions or don't know what to get or how to stretch their budget, so I'm 100% here and LOVE helping with this - just shoot me a message!

PS- To those who have custom sola orders in, those orders are still going on as planned. I ask that you not change or alter your orders in any way as rentals will be extremely different from your custom orders and not match your visions. You can however change your florals from sola to silk/foam free of charge.
I will not be selling any new sola orders or custom orders at this time.

🥳IT'S LAUNCH DAY!!!🥳
The first thing we're doing today is rebranding. I LOVE our current name, however it's harder to say, doesn't roll off the tongue, and is harder to remember.
I have decided to rebrand to Bride & Bloom 🌸
I feel this is a catchy (punny - hehe) and very appropriate name, and I'm so excited to launch TODAY! The day is finally here!!!

Dates are booking quickly, so let me know if you want to save your spot with a retainer 🥰 Most were quoted at 50% down, but if your order is over $300, only 30% is due up front with monthly invoicing for a payment plan. Unfortunately a lot of Pinterest boards I'm sent are thousands upon thousands of dollars of florals, which obviously you don't know until you start getting quotes. My prices are usually a fraction of real-flower florists', as I've been known to save brides 50-80%!!! (Did you know the average wedding real-floral quote is $7-15k? 😶)

How do we book?

What if I have no idea what I want?
We'll start with what you KNOW you want for items, and then add on anything else we may think of closer-to. Need help figuring out what you need? No problem! Just message me!

What is the benefit of silk or foam florals?
You get a VERY realistic look for a literal fraction of real-flower costs. You also get to keep them forever if you decide to buy your bouquet and it's an ecofriendly way to have luxury wedding florals!
PS - If you haven't experienced foam florals, they are incredible. They're SO soft and malleable! They remind me more of a high quality cloth rather than foam.

Sola VS Foam
Here's a comparison of what it's like ordering Sola Flowers vs Foam Flowers. Both of them offer very realistic options!

Sola:
-Made from wood but treated to be softer and more pliable
-Hand dyed
-Eco-friendly + natural
-Will last our lifetime if you want to keep them (or resell them + make some money back 😉)
-Some say they look very life-like while others say they have their own unique look
-Shapes are more organic - not every flower looks the same as they're all handmade

Foam:
-Made with EVA foam so they are very soft, luxury, and life-like
-Available in a large variety of modern color schemes
-More eco-friendly than plastic faux florals (and definitely more animal-friendly)
-Will last our lifetime if you want to keep them (or resell them + make some money back 😉)
-Extremely realistic
-Shapes are very consistent
-Can be accented with luxury silk flowers for more texture/depth

One of these is foam and the other is sola. Can you tell which is which?

Color test!
When you order with me, it is a very communicative process. Here you can see me dying a few flowers for a color test for a client. This ensures that the colors we create match their vision 💯 Full color test palette in comments.

This color test passed, but we decided we wanted to do a burgundy red instead! 😍 Once I dye the burgundy color, I'll send another photo to approve that color.

Then onto the creation process! 🥰
