FAQs:
How do I order?
Message me with what you'd like to order, and I'll send an invoice to get your date booked. Note that usually Fall dates book out up to a year out.

When I place an order, when will it arrive?

Purchased or rented items will arrive 3 days prior to your wedding date.

How do I return my rentals?

You'll return your rentals the day after your wedding by just putting them back in the box and using your prepaid return label! That's it, easy peasy! All return shipping is free.

How do your monthly payment plans work?

Your payment plan will be created by your order total divided by the number of months you have to pay, ending about a month before your wedding. Your order will submit with a receipt sent, and an invoice will be generated and sent to you within 24 hours. The initial payment will be due upon that invoice send date. You can pay this invoice manually monthly or save your card on file to autopay.

Do you offer items for purchase?

We offer your bouquets to keep OR custom-made designs for purchase.

Are your items waterproof or fireproof?

No, our items are not fire or waterproof or fireproof.
