I have always been what one might describe as a ‘people person’ ever since my days as a newspaper journalist and now a personal trainer.
Every person has a story to tell.
And I love listening to those stories, sharing in the happy times, the successes but also being there to support during the sad times.
It was this connection I feel with people that drew me towards becoming a celebrant.
I feel that to offer a bereaved family a fitting, deeply personal, bespoke funeral ceremony is something precious.
And to give and deliver a couples’ perfect love story on their special day would be simply amazing.
Or maybe mark the arrival of a little one with a personally designed and structured baby naming ceremony.
With my background as a journalist, it would be an honour to write people’s life and love stories and to deliver a befitting ceremony.
I will continue with my personal training as I love it. So don’t worry to those I already work with. I’m not going anywhere! I will just be spreading my wings a bit in a different field.
