Why do we charge a setup, delivery and breakdown fee?Labour including:1. Blowing up the balloons 2. Packing the balloons into huge bags for transport 3. Set up at the venue4. Break down at the venueThe set up and break down fee is determined by how much time is allowed for each one.For example, if the set up time allocated 30 minutes the fee will be higher because now I need more people to help execute the vision in a short amount of time.Break down is depend on the amount of time as well, because short time for breakdown = more people needed to clean up = higher labour cost.Delivery for us is a flat rate of £100 + £1.5/mile outside of our area. This includes :- [ ] Van rental- [ ] Loading and unloading the van- [ ] Gas- [ ] Mileage to and from Venue for set up- [ ] Mileage to and from Venue for breakdown - [ ] Loading and unloading after breakdown - [ ] Time travelling to and from Venue to set up- [ ] Time travelling to and from Venue for breakdown For exemple: we are rent the van for £50 per day. It usually takes us about 30-40 mins to load the van. Then, we have to travel to the Venue(or your location) and unload. Sometimes the location is 5 mins away, sometimes the location is 45 / 60mins away. After we finished the set up we leave and hope the party goes well. When the party is finished, we are coming back and break everything down for you, load the van and head back to headquarters.Now, imagine yourself doing all of that for your own party. I'm sure you can do it because is possible. BUT do you wanna be running around with no head on, worrying about decor, food, guests and your kids ( if there are kids) at the same time? That's why you need to hire US to take care of your decor so you can enjoy your party!
