Hey MiniMixers! We are in the THICK of summer and have been getting so many requests for outdoor parties! While we don’t mind doing them, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEE consider the following 🙏🏾:- Shaded and/or covered areas only: Soft play equipment gets HOT! In order to protect our minis from getting overheated and our equipment from getting sun damaged, please pick an area that has plenty of shade. If shade is not available, please consider providing a pop up tent! (at least 10x10.) 🌞 - Evening or early morning set ups if possible: My assistants and I can’t risk passing out or getting sick from the heat! Early morning (between 7am - 10am) and/or evening (between 4pm - 6pm) set ups are preferred. 😰- Alternative location available for bad weather: The majority of our pieces are made of thick vinyl, leather, foam and plastic. If they get wet, they get ruined! In the event of inclement weather conditions, we can not set up. Please have an alternative location on standby. We also offer rain dates! ☔️ - Flat surfaces only: We will not set up on gravel, mud, long grass or bumpy surfaces! Please consider that when picking your location. 🚫- Access to electricity: We do not provide generators. We do have super long extension cords, but that is it. Our policy kindly states that all balls are to be placed back in the ball pit at the end of the party. If they are not, we will absolutely charge the card on file a $50.00 pick up fee. While it’s not a requirement, we also appreciate it when all of our softplay equipment is placed back in the play area at the end of the party. We LOVE our minis, and a little help goes a LONG way!
