Your Silent Bridesmaid
Today I am excited to launch The Wedding Friend, not your typical wedding planner, more of a silent bridesmaid.
If you are anything like me, I wanted to plan my own wedding, however I really needed a friend to help me with all the little things I didn’t have time for, or the times when I needed moral support, making choices on styling, dresses, where to get your hair done and all those little important details. Last minute running around, organising things when you should be breathing in the fresh air, smelling the roses and pampering yourself. Let me take the weight off your shoulders!
Having tied the knot again recently it struck me that getting married is a truly beautiful and exciting time, however for some it can be a very lonely time and one which makes us reflect on lost one’s. I know I really missed not having a mum to help me! You may have decided to go it solo and therefore you may not have the support of bridesmaids, or they may not live in the same state. People are busy and although your friends are no doubt excited and overjoyed for you, they too may live very busy lifestyles, have young children and not have the time to dedicate to helping you with the planning of your wedding. You may be eloping from another city or country to celebrate your big day and need someone to get things done for you until you arrive.
Hence the beginning of The Wedding Friend. Not your traditional wedding planner, more of a silent Bridesmaid!! However you can access and utilise my time in any way you like. My children have all grown up and my time is free to support you through your wedding journey. Once you lock me in I will give you my 100% devotion to creating the beautiful wedding you have always dreamed of.
