I'm very very excited about this one! What better way to welcome spring, than surrounded by baby chicks, piglets and lambs?!

I'm thrilled to have sourced some Scottish and English flowers for this weekend's bouquets! It's still very early in the British growing season so I wasn't overly hopeful about availability, but I was lucky to find some growers with early blooms. I'll post more details later in the week!

Over the next few months, I'm aiming to learn much more about local growers and source as much as possible from Scotland and the rest of the UK. It's such a huge topic that I don't have the capacity to delve into right now, but I will soon!

The beginning of March is very early in the Scottish flower growing season, but hopefully the weather will be generous and there will be Scottish blooms available. They’ll be included if available!

I love working with these roses 😍 they were among the flowers at my own wedding and although not a focal point of the arrangements, they bring a wonderful sophistication to any display. I have a real soft spot for those velvety blush petals!

The Valentine’s Collection is available to pre-order, with delivery or collection available on Wednesday February 14th.

I’ve kept the selection simple for this year with a choice of two designs: a classic red rose bouquet and a modern arrangement including premium red and blush roses, exotic anthurium and vintage pink carnations.

Both designs are available in three sizes so you can choose the perfect one to surprise your Valentine.

I had the loveliest morning in my studio designing my Valentine's bouquets today. I'm not usually much of a traditionalist, but these red roses were calling my name! Voluptuous and velvety and utterly gorgeous. I even managed to get a few photos in glorious sunshine before it started raining again.
