Resting is productive🗣️... Often we find ourselves so busy that we don't have or make the time to rest our mind body or soul...Or when we do rest we can sometimes feel guilty or unproductive

*We need adequate sleep (at least 8 hours) to rest our bodies to be physically productive.

*We need adequate mental rest (mindfulness, deep breathing, calming music, reading or media unplug) to be productive mentally.

*We need adequate emotional rest (talking to a trusted friend or love one, journaling, prayer, or self care) for our soul to be productive.
