You wouldn’t believe this was a closing set from 3-4am, as I certainly wasn’t expecting this much energy in the room at such a late hour ❤️‍🔥💯 such an amazing turnout for my SD club debut and I am truly grateful!

Wanted to give a big shoutout to Spin San Diego for having me on, and special thanks to my brother for the booking 🙏🏼

About BAKR

BAKR is a California-based DJ & Producer known for his unique approach to electronic music. BAKR's music will get you moving with his powerful basslines, catchy rhythms, and vibey vocals, oftentimes mixing in hip-hop, R&B, and pop samples. He seeks inspiration from nearly all genres of music, but his core sound primarily falls within the realms of tech house, deep house, and G-house music.

As the founder & CEO of GCODE, a San Francisco based entertainment and events agency, BAKR put himself on the map by organizing, promoting, and hosting unique, large-scale events at some of the city's most iconic venues, supporting some of the biggest artists in the game.

Most recently he released a new mixtape series called Melodic Oasis, which takes listeners on an ethereal and relaxing journey through the sounds of melodic house & techno, with an exotic flavor. This style of music has a deep personal connection to his middle-eastern heritage, exuding ambient voices and tribal percussion created to take you on an otherworldly, sonic journey.

As one of San Francisco’s hottest resident DJ’s, you can find him spinning at top venues including 1015 Folsom, Audio SF, Halcyon, Public Works, The EndUp, Monarch, Temple, and Hawthorn – to name a few.
