This past weekend, as Balboa High School c/o 94 celebrated 30 years of Graduation, Kari Syrdahl and I were approached by Allison Jane (BHS Class of 92) on a Service Project that her class had started. The annual campaign to support the Corbiski School in Guna Yala, Panamá. Corbiski is in the former San Blas Islands (NKA Guna Yala). Kari and I were supposed to mention this during our class reunion but it was difficult to get this PSA out with all the fun being had. I would like to take this time and offer Class of '94 the opportunity to take the remaining month of July to raise as much funds to meet the goal for the School. All monies raised in July and August 2024 will be considered from Class of 1994 towards this great cause.

Allison: “The lights are so important because without lights class had to end when the sun went down which meant all kids pre-k through 6th had to be taught together. Now he can teach to younger kids in morning and older kids into the evening. Without lights they all had to be educated together!”

As the project works on a sustainable plan we encourage everyone of you and your family and friends to contribute and share the post with all social media available to you. Corbiski has many needs, so thank you so much to those who have donated and to those who wish they could. And for those able to, know that any amount helps. Let’s finish this 30 year on a positive note and be a class that is as fun as we are giving! 🙏🏼🇵🇦❤️

Bueno mi gente la sección 204 solo quedan 7 boletos! En la fila 1 hay 5 y se venden de 1/3/5 boletos a $143 por boleto despues de recargos y impuestos. Los otros dos boletos juntos están en la fila 3 a $374 total. Yo tengo dos boletos en la fila 5 a $300 palos. Quien dijo yo…
