Creating a Positive Company Culture

A supportive corporate culture bonds team members; shows appreciation; and ultimately enhances employee retention. I was thinking about what I could design that would enhance employee interaction and be a vehicle for owners to show appreciation for their staff. From this starting point grew the idea of a crate, brought to the office monthly that will encourage the group to take a few minutes to engage and have some fun together. I wanted to start the building blocks of a stronger team.

We became aware that some offices have staff members that are rarely in the office at the same time. This launched the idea of the Executive Culture Crate. It’s focus is employee gifts as opposed to a team meet up. The cost: $260 for 2-10 team members. For 11 to 20 staffers: additional $12. per staff member.

Our featured product is the Premium Culture Crate. This cost: $360. for 2-10 staff. For 11-20 staffers: additional $12 per staff member. This crate has products that are designed to be used in a group setting. It’s a party based on the theme for the month.

Orders out of Orange County are shipped UPS Ground at cost. Delivery within Orange County - $25 delivery fee. Local deliveries are in an actual wooden crate. Shipments that are UPS are not, due to added freight costs. But I assure you, it’s equally fun to open the box with the wrapped items.
