Meet Joshua – Our New Operations Manager in our Phoenix office!

"My name is Joshua, and I am the new operations manager at the Phoenix location. I started here about three weeks ago. After a long conversation with our Vice President of Sales, Kendra Kaplan, I felt inspired to introduce myself to everyone.

A little about myself—I am new here, but not new to leadership. In my previous days, I served 12 years in the U.S. Army as an 18 Delta Special Operations Sergeant. During my service, I was honored to serve with the 75th Army Ranger Regiment, as well as the 3rd and 10th Group Special Forces units. My responsibility was to ensure our soldiers were medically qualified and always operating at full capability.

Sadly, a situation led to a full medical retirement. After my service, I earned my Class A CDL and began working for a transportation company as an operations manager for three years—until they relocated to Texas. From there, I joined Waste Management as an operations manager, where I ensured drivers were fully trained for their lines of business. I stayed there until this opportunity presented itself—and now here I am.

I know I’m new to you all, but I’m very eager and happy to be working with everyone. I believe the Kaplan family has built something truly special here, and to those who have already welcomed me, thank you sincerely."

With over 17 years of experience in HR, Nassia is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Her passion for people and positive work culture is evident in her career. She most recently was the Senior HR Manager at Gila River Resorts and Casinos, gaining valuable experience in the Hospitality Industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and a Post Graduation in Human Resources Management, making her a well-rounded HR professional.

At Driver Provider, Nassia’s mission is to provide the best employee experience possible by ensuring her core values of Excellent Guest Service, Integrity, Professionalism, Teamwork, Operational Excellence, and Communication are upheld and maintained.

Founded in 1995 on the concept of providing high quality, executive ground transportation, President & C.E.O. Jason R. Kaplan has grown a one-man operation into the largest provider of executive ground transportation in Arizona with vast worldwide affiliations. Beginning with the idea to provide chauffeured transportation to high-end Scottsdale clients, Mr. Kaplan identified a niche in the hotel, resort and destination management industry in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. With a dedication to service exceeding that of established companies, Mr. Kaplan’s client list quickly grew from a handful of individuals, to local resorts and nationally recognized Fortune 100 companies. Today, The Driver Provider has contractual relationships with Arizona’s most luxurious resorts. Without a sales staff, The Driver Provider built a reputation for being the best in the business by word-of-mouth. Mr. Kaplan served as President of the Arizona Limousine Association for two years and The Driver Provider’s Vice President is now the current Association President. With a worldwide fleet of over 1,200 vehicles through an extensive affiliate network, The Driver Provider manages transportation for guests in cities throughout the country and around the globe.
