Rental Kimono&sell Yukata, second hand, authentic Kimono. A small family run over 60years shop The shop for selling Kimono is also my home in Harajyuku.

Our shop has around 50 years history and over 3,000 costumers who are Japanese and non-Japanese. For those who you would like to buy Kimonos,

All these items are at our main shop out side of TOKYO. So please e-mail blue text info, if you are interested in buying Kimono. Our main shop will sent your items to Harajyuku therefor we ask at least 2 days before notice. When your info is not clear (

like " budget : not expensive") , we may not answer it. These info we need "what you like to have and what for it (For wearing, let me know your measurements: height&hip with cm) with budget "

After this info, I will sent our map ( location is different from Kimono rental place). Since a famous Japanese politician live same mansion as our home, security is very high . If I can not see your email with socialized behavior, we may reject your coming.

Relax in Kimono! He said comfortable being in the Kimono. Yes I think men's Kimono is comfortable. Narrow obi and no need to tie too much. Women's Kimono value beaty while men's Kimono without Hakama pants value comfortableness, I suppose. Visiting the Meiji-shrine, we offer Haori (kimono jacket) always for Kimono plan guest. Without Haori, too casual, I feel. His first time in Japan seems very inspiring, very good!

He became a gentleman! Having own shop for long is difficult but wonderful time to meet again our guest. Especially if kids return to us, I can see how they grow up! Second photo was our fist time to meet. Now he becomes a gentleman. Last photo shows how he correctly drink the tea at the ceremony. He gave me new motivation to work again for another 10 years! He will be taller than me at our next meeting!

Our kimono style is real authentic. We offers adult lady this squea obi style called Otaiko. Ribbon style is for Yukata or kids. Beautiful balance, isn't it? There is traditional beaty which we should not change for busines. Kimono rental shops for non Japanese often value other ideas but our shop dose what is tradition which we think beautiful. Also we show how to behave at the shrine. Just walking in shrine and get gosyuin means not enough to understand Japan. Your travel in Japan become more memorable and educational if you come our shop!

Welcome back to our shop! We are waiting you with autumn leaves! Ah boy! He got taller and he keeps his interest of Japan, enjoyed the tea ceremony in Kimono too! Lady got hair up and now looks totally different from her normal American cloth! Beautiful! She thought me American loves T-shirt and Hoodie but can not imagine this beautiful elegant Kimono lady next us is in Hoodie!? Touch the real Japanese culture with your kids!

Sakaye kimono shop Ceo Ehime announce you. In Tokyo now autumnleaves are in season! We can also take a autumnleaves location. On Wednesday we have plan guests so will take photo with autumnleaves in Kimono! Autumnleaves means it is cold night in Tokyo. One cta bosse sleep with me😴 happy!

Yukata for outgoing we have all years. Recently many were sold. Many husbands and boyfriend visited us to buy their partner's Yukata. Yes if you share your partners sizes, I can suggest which one fit them! We wrap with Kimono paper which seems very attractive to non-Japanese. We are a Kimono shop not tourist souvenir shop so normally offer this. I was born in Kimono shop so I cannot imagine without this paper how you can pass Yukata or Kimono to customers!

Our Furisode plan is most worth to do it! Under Kimono is also silk and all accessories as well. You can not try such quality with our offer price at other shops. We enjoy having this love love cople! Bule Furisode fits her well!

All girls fit this special hair and make up for 7years celebration! We also helped getting to blesse at the shrine. Took long preparation and walk long. Thanks to all kids. You well done! Our Kami (Japanese god) really blessed you! I know how tough to wear such long sleeved silk Kimono with such hair!

Another family in 753plan! 7years girl fits the hair style. This hair is needed for 7 years girl. 3years girl also in the special kimono. The smallest one drees in heian era style. Mama is in homongi formal kimono with formal Fukuro obi for shrine. Cute girls make us wonderful day!

Last weekend Sakaeya Kimono Shop supported several families’ 753. Need special kimono and hair up for 7years girl and hakama kimono set for 5 years boy as well as 3 years girl. We had great time with all! Especially kids supported us, I mean no compleing for long day! Our team also made great job! Seems our kimono is the best one at the Meiji-shrine. They got blessing there and got many presents from the shrine.753 is not dressing kimono only for photos but for getting blessings from shrines.

Autumn leaves has started near our shop but our shop still sell many Yukata for outgoing which is summer items. International delivery is available and the Japan post will end the inexpensive delivery method called small packets. One out going Yukata set will fit this method. If you would like to have a Yukata for outgoing from outside of Japan, we recommend to buy it by this year! (to USA, Japan post don't accept parcels anymore beside of gifts)

If you like to have only nice photos in Kimono, our shop may be not best for you. But if you like culture, our salon would love to have you. Tea ceremony is always come with our kimono rental. Also shopping, we have deep knowledge of how to wear Kimono properly and which occasion and sash is much however if you can not be socialized behavior, our salon can not open to the parson. For example, try so many things and make salon messy or dose not share real Information of your demand( size, budged) . Our salon’s goal is not making money but help people who like to know real Japanese cultuer and both of us appreciate each other.

Culture needs humanistic life so we don’t work like economic animal so please always book us in advanced if you would like to come to us. Let’s have cultural moment together
