INTRODUCING THE 4 ON 4 FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE! The 1st of its kind! This league may seem similar to the traditional 5v5 flag leagues however; the center position in our league is no longer eligible to run routes. Quarterbacks will now take the snap from a quarterback tee which will have a 5 second timer for the quarterback to throw the ball! By making these few adjustments we’ve seen a huge improvement in not just the quarterback development but also each individual athlete! With there only being 3 eligible receivers means there’s more targeted passes to go around. Also makes for the team huddles between plays a lot faster which means more reps!
*FOR AGES 4-6 YEAR OLDS - Teams will be “Daddy Throw” meaning an adult may volunteer to throw the ball for his or her team.
