And that's a wrap! Very busy day at up at Haven Kent Coast for there yearly celebration! It amazes me that there's little gem tucked away in .... Did you know there's pools and flumes, climbing walls, and loads of family activities... As well as a "walk thru" Burger King, Wetherspooons and even a Papa John's at the top of the peninsula!?

When you're face painting in a pub for the semi-finals and your nerves can't take the suspense, the only thing you can do is if have a doodle.

I've really been enjoying the prompts (don't ask me why the face painting community made their own rather than went with the official one...I have no clue and I'm going with it). It's been fun to paint things I don't usually paint, or in a different way! It's good to be able to pick things up quick as sometimes kids request the most random things! Which is your favourite so far!?
I've been trying to spend less time with a phone in my hand in the evenings so have taken to using up some expired paints (yes... They go out of date!) to practice brush strokes and having a doodle. Maaaaaaan I forgot how nice it is to just lose yourself in a sketchbook. Highly recommend it y'all! I love a bit of and want to practice to be able to include some in my designs. What should I draw next!?!

Have you heard? This August, we are bringing a new, free, and interactive exhibition to our Riverside Gallery!
"BIG DRAW little people" is all about encouraging young children to engage with their creativity and explore the world of drawing and art.
At Sun Pier House, we are inviting you and your family to come and create art to display in our Gallery Space throughout the whole of August.
There is a certificate to take away, as proof that your child is a "BIG DRAW little people" artist and has had their work displayed in an Art Gallery!
Throughout the exhibition, we will have free, artist-led, drop-in workshops to inspire the creativity in your children! The workshops all have different themes, and you can stop by between 11am and 3pm on:
