Every meal can be transformed into a true dining experience – without the cost of a fine dining restaurant! Jacki’s Fine Dining will work with you on a multi-course menu that suits both taste and budget. We then take it from there – all you have to do is sit back and watch as your guests enjoy their scrumptious fare. At Jacki’s Fine Dining, everything we serve is fresh and made-from-scratch. Here are a couple of sample menus (although everything is negotiable):
SAMPLE MENU 1
• Crème de moules au safran (Creamy mussel soup with saffron)
• Tuna Tartare (Yellowfin tuna with ginger oil, avocado, wasabi cream and crisps)
• Magret de canard aux champignons sauvages avec purée de pois et Pommes Parisienne (Duck breast with a wild mushroom sauce, pea purée, Parisienne potatoes and pearl onions)
• Profiteroles glacées, sauce chocolat et crème Anglaise (Profiteroles with ice cream, chocolate sauce and crème Anglaise)
SAMPLE MENU 2
• Smoked cheese tomato salad with truffle oil (Vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, red onion and pickled turnip on smoked blue cheese, with chervil quail egg and herbed lemon-truffle oil dressing, topped with sunflower micro greens and freshly ground black peppercorns)
• Mignon de porc Arlonnaise (Pork tenderloin with a demi-glace sweet and sour beer sauce, garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable)
• Wasabi cheesecake (with mango, a mint-citrus-honey drizzle and a blackberry-brandy reduction)
