S Khoirul Himmi
Dr. Himmi earned his master and doctoral degree from Kyoto University, Japan. He received the HOPE Fellowship from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) in 2016. Since 2017, he is actively involved as a Project Leader in the Japan-ASEAN Science Technology Innovation Platform (Working Package 3: Biodiversity and Bioresources), an international collaborative research program supported by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). His research activities are mainly focused on bioecology and behavioral responses, physiology, and management of termites and wood-deteriorating organisms. Currently, he is serving as the Secretary-General of the Pacific-Rim Termite Research Group (PRTRG) 2020 – 2024.

Tony Poulsen
Tony started his career with Rentokil Initial in the Hygiene and Wellbeing category in 1994. He moved to the Pest Management category as the General Manager, New Zealand, soon after. His in-depth knowledge of the market soon led him to work closely with one of the worlds largest Dairy manufacturers and the kaitiaki kai (guardians of safe food) then AgriQuality, now AsureQuality. He is a firm believer in the stringent and consistent management of risks that pests pose across the length of the supply chain - from farm to fork. As the Regional Director Operations and M&A , Tony has been based in Singapore since 2010. In this role he has been driven to support and elevate the significance of professional pest management practices across the 14 Rentokil Initial markets in Asia. In particular, he is passionate about how the insights gained from a vast set of internal data can drive targeted actions to reduce the risks that pests pose to our customer partners. He is a member of Rentokil Initials Global Technical Leadership Team and as such has had several decades of exposure across global markets. Tony has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Auckland University with a double major in Marketing and Human Resource Management. When he is not immersed in the Rentokil Initial mission of Protecting people, enhancing lives and preserving our planet, he can be found in a boat, at sea, fishing.

Dr. Rungarun Tisgratog received her Ph.D. from Kasetsart University and is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Entomology, Faculty of Agriculture, Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand. Her research focuses on the response of urban and medical entomology to insecticides used for pest control. In addition, she has a strong interest in the mechanisms underlying insecticide resistance in cockroaches.
