I am Still obsessed with this engagement session out in Bamfield 😍
Just a friendly reminder to book your vendors for 2025 sooner than later , we hate having to turn clients down . That being said 2025 dates are almost full and I am now booking into 2026! I have only one key date left for August 2025 (2nd) and limited dates in June /July & September! I’m hoping to have my new website finished soon but for now reach out with a DM or fill out an inquiry form via the link in my bio 🙂

I wish I had it in me to be a morning person because this early morning light was 👌🏼 and to watch the full moon set with the sunrise made it all worth the early wake up and drive out to the coast- you’ll have to wait to see those shots though because they deserve their own post ✨

This was the perfect place to exchange vows. We started this amazing day with L&G exchanging their vows at one of my favourite places in the Alberni Valley, followed by a scenic drive towards Bamfield where we jumped on a boat cruise to our next location for some lunch , champagne and some portraits on everybody’s not so secret anymore favourite tropical island in the Barkley sound 🏝️

It started with exchanging vows on the beach in front of their closest friends & family followed by a backyard bbq & party. Nothing formal , lots of snacks , drinks and a good time with their favourite people 🍻

Hey, I’m Kea the girl behind the lens!

I am laid back, down to earth, and a little introverted.

I currently live at Sproat Lake, just outside of Port Alberni and specialize in wedding, family and lifestyle photography. Being an introvert I take a laid back photo journalistic approach to my images capturing real candid moments as they unfold. When necessary I will guide you into natural authentic poses & positions to make those money shots for the grandparents mantelpiece and to capture the most flattering images of you with the best lighting available. I like to stick to using natural light however I’m not afraid to get my flashes firing when necessary.

I was born and raised on the West Coast of Vancouver Island in Ucluelet, BC, which is where I fell in love with nature and the outdoors. I love including BC’s incredible backdrops into my images and showing off the beautiful surroundings, sometimes having to get a little muddy along the way.
