For those who aren’t familiar, stage managers have the role of coordinating every aspect of a live event to run the way it was designed, directed, and intended. We believe that weddings especially are just another live event that operate in a very similar fashion. You are even dealing with related elements: lights, sound, music, costumes (wedding attire), set (venue, flowers, and decor), actors (bridal party) and more. But most of all, the approach to coordinating your wedding and/or event that we'd like to bring from the viewpoint of a stage manager is being the person who makes sure people are where they should be, doing what they should be doing, and getting all of their questions answered by someone who is not the person who should be enjoying the day, like a family member or bridal party member or host, etc! We have both the knowledge of weddings and events as well as the technical abilities to ensure that your event is exactly the way that you dreamed and planned it and that all of your hard work to make the day happen does not go unrewarded.
