Hi friends! Lots of new followers here, so I figured it was time to reintroduce myself!

My name is Courtney, and I’m the Owner and Lead Coordinator of Allure Weddings & Events. I’m your wedding obsessed bestie, dedicated to ensuring my couples truly experience every moment of their wedding day from start to finish without worrying about the details.

Fun facts about me:
✨My husband I were a COVID couple, so we had two weddings: we eloped in 2020 with just our parents and siblings, and we had our wedding celebration with all of our friends and family on our 1 year anniversary in 2021 👰🏼🤵🏻

✨I am a theatre kid to my core 💃🏻 I participated in theatre in middle school and high school, as well as community theatre in my hometown in college. My favorite show I performed in was Crazy for You by the infamous George & Ira Gershwin 🎶

✨I am addicted to coffee ☕️ My go to is a cold brew with vanilla sweet cream cold foam from Starbucks.

✨I love me an old fashioned 🥃 and an espresso martini 🍸

✨I am Disney obsessed — dare I say, I’m a Disney adult — and have visited Disney World 30+ times in my life. My goal is to visit every Disney park across the world at least once in my lifetime! 🏰

✨My husband and I LOVE to travel. We went to Italy for our honeymoon, and that’s where I fell in love with Europe 🌍 Over the last 3 years, we have visited Italy, Switzerland, Germany, England, Scotland, France and Monaco together.

✨I love Formula 1 🏎️ and can be found glued to the TV on Sunday mornings to watch the race.

❗️One looks after your venue, and one looks after YOU!❗️

Unlike venue coordinators, who work for the venue, wedding coordinators work for you, the couple. It is SO beneficial to have both a venue coordinator as well as a wedding coordinator for your wedding day to ensure the behind the scenes runs as smoothly as possible.

➡️ A VENUE COORDINATOR primarily focuses on managing the venue itself. They will coordinate the venue staff, set up tables and chairs, and take on any responsibilities that ensure everything from a venue management standpoint is in working order.

➡️ A WEDDING COORDINATOR focuses on your needs as a couple. They begin working with you prior to the wedding day to capture your vision, create a detailed timeline, and coordinate logistics between all of your vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page. On the day of the wedding, they oversee setup, line up and cue the ceremony processional, manage vendors, handle any unforeseen issues that may arise, and keep everything on schedule, allowing you and your loved ones to focus on enjoying your day.

📣 It is important to note that some venues offer in-house, day-of coordination services or a maitre’d. It is essential to clarify the extent of their services to ensure you have the support you need and expect on your big day!

✨MEET THE OWNER | Hey, I’m Courtney, the owner and lead coordinator of Allure Weddings & Events!

After planning my own wedding, I knew I wanted to find a way to get involved in the wedding industry and help other couples bring their wedding vision to life. In 2021, I began coordinating for the venue where my husband and I got married. Ever since, my focus has been ensuring my couples enjoy their wedding day and are not distracted by the little things. I want them to truly experience every moment from start to finish.

As your wedding coordinator, my priority is you. From the moment we first sit down to get to know each other until the moment you hop into the car to head off on your honeymoon, I want you to feel confident that I’ve got you covered. I’ll go above and beyond for you to make sure your wedding day is everything you imagined it would be. I’ll take care of the details so you can focus on what’s important: marrying the love of your life and best friend!

When I’m not coordinating a wedding, you can find me with a cold brew coffee in one hand and a mystery novel in the other, wishing I was in Disney World walking down Main Street.

I am so excited to announce that I have officially become a business owner. I am proud to introduce you to: Allure Weddings & Events!

I have a deep passion for the wedding industry and serving engaged couples. Starting a wedding coordination business has always been a dream of mine, and I decided that 2024 was going to be the year I finally did it. This process has been overwhelming and scary at times, but the love and support I have received from friends and family has been incredible. I am so proud of myself for taking this leap, and I am so excited for what’s to come.
