A belated thank you to all our staff, who last month allowed us to deliver one of our busiest days in our 15 year history. We successfully looked after 5000 guests spread over 8 sites, from London to Newcastle. 30 bartenders, 3 support drivers, 10 commercial vehicles, 6.5 tons of stock and 2.2 tons of ice. Thanks you guys👍

Rip Tim bacon. This guy invented the modern day cocktail bar. He started out as as TGI Fridays bartender ( Covent Garden), went on to open via vita, living room, gusto, alchemist, Australasia, oast house and grill on the ally. Last year his company reportedly turned over 100 million. (Not bad for a bartender)
This weekend I'll be sure to order a basil grande ( his signature cocktail) to his memory. A true pioneer of his trade.
