Michelle + Jordan’s relationship dates back to freshman year English class. She thought he was cute and sweet, but she was shy and wasn’t sure how to talk to him. He ended up getting her attention, so she put her nerves aside and the rest is history!

Late October was the perfect season for their rustic boho wedding at Brindlewood Barn in Hilbert, Wisconsin. The weather was warm and sunny as these two shared private vows back-to-back during a first touch and a while later became one on the lawn beneath a beautiful tree. An outdoor cocktail hour and reception in the newly restored barn (circa 1902) followed. The night ended with a private dance under the string lights, s’mores around a cozy bonfire and a sparkler exit lined with their friends and family.

We captured so many quirky, ‘real’ moments on their wedding day that we just knew we wanted to give their film a raw touch. We ended up creating an intro and outro that emulated playback of a vintage VHS tape and could not be more proud of how it turned out because the style fit those special moments and nuances so perfectly!

There’s something extra special and wholesome about a marriage between two individuals who have known each other since kindergarten. We were so honored to be a part of Michelle + Jordan’s union and their fall countryside wedding was one to remember!

The last day of 2023 is finally here. Kati + Nelson, your first year of hard work and perseverance as a married couple has accumulated to this day of celebration.

These two best friends were wed at Saint Michael's Catholic Church in Hewitt, WI in the company of their closest family and friends followed by a reception and ringing in the new year at RiverEdge in Marshfield, WI. Upon our reintroduction to the couple and their loved ones, it was largely evident they are a warm and welcoming unit. Their wedding day was filled with closely knit connections and cozy sentiments and we wanted their teaser to reflect that by incorporating a nostalgic home movie feel.

Today represents reflection, strength and tremendous growth as a couple. We are looking forward to sharing more precious moments from this timeless event in their highlight film, coming soon.

Haley + Joe made promises to one another on an early fall day in the company of their family and friends in Oconomowoc, WI on the Club at Lac a Belle lawn, the golf course a fitting backdrop.

Bookended by an excerpt from The Imitation of Christ, their wedding film is authentically centered around love. We were actually able to weave the course of this couple's love story together in its entirety as it unfolded using narratives from the letters they exchanged, the message the officiant shared and the heartfelt speeches that were delivered.

Their event wasn't just dreamy and elegant, it was also fun. They incorporated an ice luge, photo booth, cigar bar and hand scooped ice cream into their reception at The Carriage House. Bucky the Badger even made an appearance and the dance floor was lit...not only by our party lights, but an energetic crowd.

It was not a coincidence that these two reconnected after high school. Joe's persistence paid off after initially being 'left on read,' something they now get to joke about together. We know they will enjoy many more years of laughter, fun and unconditional love.

Mitzi + Nick have a strong faith in God and they put Him at the center of their lives and their relationship, which you are sure to quickly notice. Not only were we honored to meet them and talk for hours over coffee, but we feel we were perfectly matched to capture their lifelong commitment at Willow Brooke Farm in Red Wing, MN.

November 19th brought with it snow and below freezing temperatures, which was quite unexpected for this time of year. As a result, the venue ended up hosting an indoor ceremony for the very first time in their newly constructed reception space. During which, the couple shared personal vows, so real and so honest you likely won’t be able to listen with dry eyes.

This wedding was in a way a first for us as well, as it was bilingual. While crafting this couple’s love story is requiring its own unique approach, we are up for the challenge and it will be our absolute pleasure to share more of this beautiful, blustery day in their full highlight film, coming soon!

Sarah + Thor began their relationship as co-workers with quite opposite interests but ended up becoming co-anglers after falling head over heels in love. They celebrated that love on September 24, 2022 at Villa Bellezza in Pepin, WI.

Following a first look, they shared love letters and promises privately - naturally, a highly emotional exchange. After drying their tears, a beautiful ceremony took place during a rain shower under the vineyard pavilion followed by a reception in the Great Hall. Heartfelt speeches by the couples' parents, their family and friends adorned in black and white, it was an all-around classy and fabulous affair!

The connection between these two best friends is unmatched and we are certain they have a long, happy marriage ahead of them. Congratulations, Mr. + Mrs. Swanson!

Love. Is. Grand.

The sole title of coworkers was short-lived, as Catelyn + Joshua’s office romance soon carried over to the slopes. As they began spending more and more time together and sharing their love of adventure and the outdoors, their relationship reached new heights.

We first met with this pair over Zoom while they were in Colorado for a month long ski & snowbording trip. (Yes, the same one the 'head usher' mentions in his speech.) As you probably guessed, it was a perfect match! We were instantly so excited to capture and tell their love story.

August 20, 2022 arrived and their wedding day at Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva, WI began with some light rain. The flexibility of the couple and vendors alike allowed for bumping up the first look to ensure it could happen outdoors on the staircase overlooking the green, which the bride had been dreaming of.

But you probably won't believe us when we tell you that the indoor chateau ceremony was their 'Plan B.' A continued chance of rain threatened their outdoor setup, but we couldn’t have imagined a more romantic ceremony for these two. A string quartet set the mood and the couple exchanged personal vows in front of a beautiful floral arch. Above, a charming chandelier decked in blooms. Surrounding them, their closest friends and family.

When we say their wedding day was the perfect start of forever for these two soulmates, it is an understatement. They are among the kindest and sweetest of couples we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Congratulations, Mr. + Mrs. Reilly! We wish you much love and many adventures ahead!

Michelle + Jordan are both calm, kind-hearted humans, so capturing their wedding day was an immense pleasure.

These two have known each other since kindergarden and started dating in high school, sometime after he got her attention in English class. They have such a sweet love story and their late October wedding was filled with excitement, love and laughter. Brindlewood Barn in Hilbert, Wisconsin was all-around the perfect setting to bring their vision to life. We adored their rustic boho decor and the after-dark festivities fit the warm and cozy fall mood. 🍂

Haley + Joe were joined in marriage on September 30 on The Club at Lac La Belle lawn in Oconomowoc, WI. They were one of the most easy-going couples we've had the pleasure of working with. Perhaps it was because the bride is a wedding planner, or maybe it was because their love is just that - easy and effortless. Sarah + Thor were wed on a late September evening at Villa Bellezza in Pepin, Wisconsin. The vineyard pavilion provided shelter from the rain as they made their promises, surrounded by lush vines and their closest family and friends. 🍇

One of our favorite aspects of their wedding was the formal attire. Not only was the full bridal party decked out in black and white, but all of their guests followed suit! It made for a swoonworthy, high class affair. 🥂

Ashley + Duncan began their relationship as teenagers on a first date, riding their their bicycles, fishing poles in hand. Eleven years later to the day, they committed their lives together on July 9, 2022 at Holy Cross Chapel in Belgium, WI. They shared letters, exchanged gifts and in the presence of God, family and friends they established a lifelong partnership.

The Chalet at Little Switzerland in Slinger, WI provided a wonderful atmosphere for their summertime celebration. Guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the patio overlooking the ski hill and trips up and down the ski lift. The night came to a close with heartfelt speeches and emotional first dances followed by a beautiful sunset, almost as radiant as the bride and groom's love for one another.

It was our utmost pleasure to capture the wedding day events and fleeting emotions for this genuinely beautiful and kindhearted couple, Mr. and Mrs. Freiburger!

The only thing hotter than the temp on the 9th of July was Ashley + Duncan's burning love for one another. Their relationship was first kindled in high school and after 10 years and 364 days around the sun, they blazed into forever together on their 11th anniversary.

The day began at Holy Cross Chapel in Belgium, WI with a letter exchange and traditional vows and the party continued at The Chalet at Little Switzerland in Slinger, WI. A warm, radiant sunset complimented their wedding day and the views from the ski hill took our breath away.

Faith + Max’s love sprung when they were just 15 years old. Much like the trees surrounding them on their wedding day, their love has only grown since then.

They shared authentic, emotional vows during a private ceremony on July 1, 2022 at Green Bay Botanical Garden, which had their loved ones in tears, and they ended the night in celebration, with a last dance beneath a fireworks display.

Join us as we reminisce over this perfect fall day, as the weather here in Minnesota is taking a turn for the worse…

Kayla + Connor were blessed with the most lovely wedding day and celebration at The Hutton House in Medicine Lake, MN on October 16, 2021. The leaves were at their peak and the warm sun shone brightly all day. The venue transformed after dark, providing guests a cozy fall atmosphere and packed dance floor.

These two set a perfect example of how love notes and personal vows can add so much meaning and sentiment to a wedding day. There is just something so special about two people who are not afraid to profess their love so openly and honestly in front of their friends and family.

Maddie + Will met through a mutual friend and it didn't take long for them to realize they were meant to be. They are truly two peas with quirky personalities who don't take life too seriously but are sweet and tender just the same, and their wedding film perfectly encapsulates both expressions of their love.

They tied the knot on July 24th at The Chart House in Lakeville, MN officiated by the same friend who introduced them. It was a hot summer day, but the breeze off the lake made their outdoor portraits, ceremony and cocktail hour comfortable. The speeches delivered were both hilarious and heartfelt, which was thoroughly fitting, and sunset over the lake provided the most stunning backdrop for their romantic, intimate portraits.

All in all, it was a wonderful celebration with friends and family and hands down the best party they've ever been to! Cheers to the Mateffys!

Stunning doesn't even begin to describe Kayla + Connor's mid-October wedding in Medicine Lake, MN. The personal vows they shared on The Hutton House lawn were emotional. The sincerity of their vows definitely pulled on our heart strings and the string quartet provided the perfect ambiance for their romantic exchange.

They appreciate the similarities and differences in one another, which makes them a perfect pair and the best of friends. They are both kind, fun-loving people and we enjoyed capturing their beautiful celebration very much.

Although they were faced with the tough decision to postpone, Katelyn + Theo couldn't have asked for a more beautiful autumn day in Rochester, MN to at last get married and celebrate their commitment with so many friends and family who love and care for them deeply! The day started off with a little rain, but the skies over Mayowood Stone Barn cleared and the weather quickly took a turn for the better.

These two love fiercely and put so much intention into their letters and vows, not to mention their personalities shone through every detail. Their meal so wonderfully and beautifully honored Katelyn's father, gone too soon, and a memorable time was had by all.

We are anxious to share more from this perfect and lovely day! So much beauty to come.

This relationship has been in the making since Jenna + Austin became best friends in kindergarten. Thanks to little nudges from their friends and family, destiny was realized when they started dating senior year of high school.

They were married on a radiant summer day at St. Joachim Catholic Church in their hometown of Pittsville, WI followed by a celebration at RiverEdge Golf Course in Marshfield, WI.

Their wedding day was naturally filled with many touching and emotional moments, from their written letters to one another to their first look down the aisle, but by far the sweetest thing was when the groom stood up during the reception and gave a thank you speech to his new wife in front of all of their friends and family. Cue the laughter and the tears!

These two love without reservation - kindly, compassionately and genuinely and we were so honored to be the ones to craft a love story they now get to relive and enjoy for a lifetime.
