Aside from being a 1986 VW Kombi, with the use of fresh seasonal ingredients, Blue cultivates her own identity depending on the event she is serving.
In good company tonight for the top three!
Our dish was a BLUEtiful truffled mushroom lasagna with homemade blue spirulina egg noodles, rich bechemel, Parmesan and herb roasted mushrooms.

Got a call the other day from a long time customer asking if we were still in business because they haven’t seen us post on socials in a while.
The truth is, we’ve been so busy {woot woot} with catering that our social media presence has been the last thing on my mind recently.
So here we are, putting ourselves out there to let you know, YES WE ARE ABSOLUTELY STILL IN BUSINESS. 🩵
