When I opened BLUE, people asked what I would be serving out of her. I laughed every single time and said “whatever I’m in the mood for”. For those that know me well, you know that statement is so true! 🩵
I love taking fresh ingredients and creating a menu for the season, weather or occasion. Our catering business is on fire for that reason - no two events are the same. 🔥
This weekends DeLand Artisan Alley Farmers Market is taking inspiration from a comfort meal as we head into cooler weather.
Tomorrow night we are throwing down on meatballs! 3/4 pound meatballs to be exact!
There will be three different options:
🇮🇹 Italian … ish
🇸🇪 Swedish … ish
🌏 Asian … ish
