Let's make these delicious and healthy cookies! No refined sugars! Whole grains! Vegan/ Dairy Free. Can be made w/ gluten-free oats.
Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl:
Mash up 2 very ripe bananas.
Add in 1 cup uncooked quick oats
1- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or other nuts)
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Scoop out onto a sprayed baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
