When spicing with pure roast-ground Thai chili, our medium spice level is achieved with 1/2 tsp of ground chili, which is comparable to the spiciest Mexican food in town. Bee had this great LED sign created for our front window. 🙂. Now if we could find a cute LED bee to go with it. Looked on Amazon and Etsy, but nothing quite right. Who hoo! Only up to 91 today! Today we show a selection of grilled meaty goodness, in honor of Kevin’s recent acquisition of a top of the line Traeger 1300 pellet grill (to be named Smokey) to replace his old (free) pellet smoker, Grilly. Well, I asked the gang about what topic to post about today, and they said “ice cream”, because it is so hot. So far, the vanilla coconut (dairy free), mango, and watermelon ice cream flavors have been most popular. We also have full cream strawberry, chocolate, and a great green tea flavor 🙂.
