Another serving week begins! Let’s talk about Thai curries. Today we show green curry, pumpkin curry, and yellow curry. These are hearty coconut milk based stews with plenty of vegetables and your choice of protein. Then yellow curry can be vegan if desired, and the others contain shrimp paste as part of the base. Curries can be made from light spice to Thai hot, to warm you up on a cold day. Happy First Snow Day! Come on, we all knew it was coming. It happens every year. 😉. Bee’s Thai fruits and herbs did fine overnight in the greenhouse. The jackfruit and cheremoya trees are growing well, but need re-potting. The Thai basil plantation is thriving. The Thai chilis are in their Christmas colors, and even the kaffir limes are putting on new leaves! In honor of the first snow today, we will have the harbor in Bora Bora showing on the picture wall all day, and maybe some Hawaiian slack-string guitar for mood music.
