We will be sharing, connecting, and learning how we can embrace this time of our lives by engaging in practices to support our bodies during this time. We will be practising some breathwork and learning how we can use our breath to relax our bodies and minds. You will feel lighter, calmer, supported, and revitalised.

What a beautiful day at our honouring our Goddess retreat at the stunning Breathe - Outdoor Spa These beautiful women came together and connected, creating flower crowns, sharing, journalling, and meditating.
The day was filled with so much gratitude that our hearts were truly full!
It was such a wonderful day. We are so grateful to be able to bring all these women together and create a safe, nurturing space for them! Truly blessed!

🌿Wild Menopause Fire Circle🌿

Are you a woman of a certain age, experiencing weird symptoms and crazy mood swings? Tired and exhausted of trying to navigate your way through whatever peri-menopause or menopause is throwing at you? Feeling alone and like you are the only one?

Do you crave a space where you can come to share and talk about how you are feeling, so that you no longer have to feel isolated, afraid and alone. A Safe space where you can come to feel supported, nurtured, held, heard, honoured and empowered. A space that can help us all to care for and support ourselves and each other as we go through the menopause transition?

There will be circle time, space and encouragement for self-inquiry through journaling prompts, meditation, healing and creative projects to keep you inspired and in the flow, all held in the healing heart of the Forest. We’ll explore remedies for sleep, hot flushes, anxiety and stress and create a soothing balm.

Our intention is to offer you refreshment for body mind and spirit at this time when you may be feeling depleted and alone.

Come and join us on the 1st of June from 10 -2pm.

A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Last night we worked with a gorgeous group of women making some delicious skin care products.

We made lemon, rosemary & lavender body scrub, a lavender bag and rose and lavender bath salts. The room smelled divine!

We can offer this as a workshop or even in your own home if you wanted to pull a group of friends together for a chilled evening. We always include something like this in our day retreats too.

Fresh, natural and as locally sourced as possible beautiful skin care! Whats not to love?! 🌿🌸💗

Carys and I spent a wonderful day today in Callander at the Trossachs Tryst Centre, a beautiful retreat centre in the heart of Scotland.

The centre is “a safe, nourishing space set in a stunning landscape that nourishes the soul, holding transformational processes allowing an emergence of the true, connected self, bringing about a deeper inner peace.”🌿

Mark, that owns the centre made us the most delicious lunch and we decided there and then to book the centre for our very first open Wild Wood Event!!! 🙌🏻🎉🎉

So we are hosting a ‘Wild Wood Goddess Gathering’ on Saturday the 20th of April in this beautiful space. You will absolutely love it! 🌿💫🌸

Join us for a day of relaxation, meditation, natural craft and flower crown making around the fire pit, mindfulness practices, Reiki healing, sisterhood and more… you will be treated to a delicious vegan lunch.

Cocktails!

Who doesn't love a cocktail? Sting and Tonic is one of our signature cocktails here at WildWood.
Nettles, lemon, gin, and tonic , and here you have the wonderfully refreshing Sting and Tonic served over ice and drank sitting around the fire, with friends or family.
If you don't want an alcoholic cocktail, we can russell up a pretty impressive mocktail, too.

Here’s a few ideas we have for our events. We’ve had great success making lipbalms and bath melts over the fire so far and have tried bath salts and soaps too! 🌿🌸

Have you heard about the wonderful , nourishing goodness that is a blessingway?

Like most women, you probably already know what a baby shower is. Chances are you’ve either attended one or had one planned for you before your baby’s birth.

At WildWood we offer a blessingway, which is also known as a Mother Blessing. A blessingway is all about nurturing and connecting heart to heart with the mother. Focusing on the mum to be rather than the baby.

Blessingway ceremonies are a beautiful and unique way to honour a mother-to-be, spending time with her, sharing stories, showering her with positivity for the months ahead.

We can create a unique day for the mum to be and a group of her friends. With heartfelt ceremony, craft activities, love and laughter you can help to support her, hold her and celebrate her and the transition into motherhood.
