Bourbon City Mile

We regret to inform you that we will not be hosting the Bourbon City Mile in 2022. While this is very disappointing to us, it is for a very exciting reason. We are expecting our second child that is due the week after race day. With us two being the directors of this race, it is a game we just aren’t willing to play.

We tried to look at alternative dates but feel that if it doesn’t go along with National Bourbon Day, then it just wouldn’t be the same. We plan to be back in 2023 and hope to have some amazing updates to our race. We thank you for joining us for the last couple of years and we look forward to seeing you next year.

🚨 Trail Update 🚨

It has been quite some time since we shared an update, sorry about that! But we have some great news! We met with the director of Bardstown Parks and Recreation Department and came up with a plan of how we are going to spend the money you helped us raise!

-Multiple culvert pipes to help keep your trails dry
-Large gravel and small limestone in our most treacherous areas
-Trail signage and markers throughout the entire trail
-More benches/picnic tables made with the plastic tops you helped us collect last year (financial donations accepted with plaque in your honor on bench)

This is a great way to spend our earnings! Remember, 100% of the profits go straight back into the community! We thank you and will share updates soon!

That’s a wrap on BCM 2021! You all were amazing and patient with the storm! We had so much fun with you and can’t wait until next year. We had several photographers on site and will share the photos when we receive them. Thank you for supporting us and our beautiful small town!

Getting more people to enjoy the outdoors is one of our passions but another is to keep our outdoors clean and sustainable for future generations.
