This project was probably one of the best projects I’ve been apart of. Honestly because it was so fun! I had to convince to relinquish control 😂 and she did. But most of all it was because of who we were celebrating . There was so much love in that room ♥️

Summertime Chi…. Is such a vibe 🖤
The past 4 months has traveled to cities that show a disparity when it comes Black Women and new HIV cases.

In 2021, the rate of Black females living with an HIV diagnosis in Chicago is 15.3 times that of White Women.

The conversation in Chicago was 🔥🔥🔥
Our goal with Risky is to create a safe place for Black women to speak openly, honestly from their experiences, to learn and to leave the dinning-room with the empowerment to take control of their sexual health.

We’re working on the best way to share this content soon.

In honor of International Women’s Day I wanted to share… I typically don’t, this maybe the last lol. I’m Chianna Collins 🖤 Formally Chianna Ray (yes! I finally changed my last name) to be honest, changing my last name felt like I was loosing a piece of me. This is something that men really don’t understand. But that is a story for a different day! Now I’m embracing my “Collins” and proud to have that name.

‼️7 months ago I decided to leave my job of 9 years. I loved my job!

✅Everything that I was able to create
✅the relationships that were fostered
✅the experience I gained

I would not change one thing about it. But after 9 years, that job was no longer serving me and I decided to focus on BLK Room Project full time. This was the best decision I could have made for my family and career. I have the freedom to be present for my children and work with clients on purposeful projects. I’m so thankful to God for every moment 🙏🏽 And the work that BLK Room Project has done in the past few months. I’m so behind on content 🫣 but I plan to share our work soon.
