𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗥𝗘𝗜𝗚𝗡 𝗕𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗣𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗥 𝗔𝗦 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗔𝗡 𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗢 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

The stars have aligned for Samantha Kyle F. Pagar as she was crowned Miss City of San Fernando 2025 on March 20, 2025, at the City Plaza Auditorium during the highlight activity of the city's 27th Cityhood Foundation Anniversary.

Sponsored by CHARM Medical & Skin Body Clinic, Pagar triumphed over 17 other hopefuls to claim this year’s coveted title.

During the question and answer portion, she talked about the importance of innovation and the collective responsibility in ensuring its effective use for a better city.

"I believe that innovation not only enjoins us to harness the skills and the talents that we have, but this also comes with the responsibility to make innovation a responsibility for everyone, because after all we are building our dream community and our dream San Fernando City," she answered.

Aside from the main title, Shaina Kyla M. Ambrosio, sponsored by La Union Electric Company, was also hailed Miss Barangay 2025.

Completing this year's royal court were Jessie May L. Onarosa sponsored by LUJG Transport Services, Aki Ross G. Balangue sponsored by LG Rubang Construction, and Art Jastine Victoria P. Valdez sponsored by Dutch Mill Delight who won first, second, and third runner-up, respectively. Onarosa also won the Best in Swimsuit and Best in Evening Gown.

Moreover, other special awards were given to the following candidates:
Miss Photogenic: Elaiza G. Munar (sponsored by Siapno Tada Optical)
Miss Friendship: Aicelle D. Directo (sponsored by Tiong San)
Best in Talent: Ma. Yna Patricia B. Dizon (sponsored by Astro Alley Events Center)
Best Designer: Mr. Alexis Arellano, designer of Shaina Kyla M. Ambrosio (sponsored by La Union Electric Company)
