“Di Roma”, a new addition to the empanada family.

This newbie came about after making dinner consisting of a pot of arrabiatta sauce and adding shrimp. It was so delicious, I automatically thought
what a great filling for an empanada.

Oh what a wonderful outcome! It’s flavorful, spicy and the crust is the icing on the cake. This pic is just a tease 😛

As of August, we are adding a new ARANCINI (risotto balls) flavor to the menu. “The Sicilian”.
It’s the exact filling of our empanada version.

Sautéed spinach with garlic, salt and pepper in olive oil, puréed and blended with ricotta, Parmesan and mozzarella, then paired with our homemade chunky marinara. 😋

Sold in bite size as appetizers and regular size.

Adding to our menu next month.

Our hearts and prayers are with all affected by the floods and lives lost 😞

My daughter and I have decided to cancel our market Move Mountains Artisan Market tomorrow, which was our first one at Easton Park.

Our hearts are heavy and feel it is not prudent to celebrate.

We have rescheduled for August 3rd.
