Today marked a special day for Excel as we saw our
XL YOUTH CHOIR perform for the first time @ the Glasshoughton Centre Christmas Fair.
Todays Glasshoughton Fair was an enjoyable extra and the children were superb!! Although we missed some of the group who were not available today.
We are extremely proud of all the students achievements over the last 3 months, since the choir was launched. Already we are seeing confidence soar as children sing solos, duets, group numbers and harmonies! Well done to you all!

ISABEL WILMAN aged 14yrs nailed her double pirouette en Pointe with Miss Rachel today in her private coaching lesson. This is a major and advanced achievement in classical training even for professional college students!! ..... So proud of you Issie!!

Isabel takes 2 ballet classes a week, progressive ballet technique, modern, tap , lyrical contemporary, acro, commercial and private lessons. Issie is on our competition team and is on our EAT programme ( Excel Assistant Training) and is a class assistant for our younger childrens classes.

Oscar has delighted us with his Musical Theatre rendition of 'I Won't Grow Up' from this years show. Since watching all of the fabulous Excel Students perform, Oscar decided to jump in to studio classes too and is a delight.
