In a World where the expectations are to meet the socially acceptable constitutions, the socially/family/friends expectations....where did it become the norm to negate, debunk, demolish, lay down our own desires, wants, needs when it comes to Your Wedding? When did it become expected that you would do what thousands of other couples did and continue trends, patterns, designs, colours, guest lists

etc just to appease the masses? I get you might have to please a mum here, a sister there....but really.....is that the stuff that brings the joy to the cockles of your heart? Probs Not.! So let me help you both shake this s**t up! I'm critically acclaimed for my non-mainstream views, ideas and conducting of ceremonies. (*seriously...lol, people are critical) but that's because there's no one else doing or can do what I do. And that scares people..lol. But I promise I won't lead you astray...I'll help you create the best version of your Ceremony and ensure it's all you hoped for and then some! I'm professional but creative with a love of crazy fun, comical tones, banter, sarcasm and all sprinkled with a joy and love that will warm all your fuzzy bits!! Let's Chat!

A month ago I got to marry an amazing mate of mine, Emma to a man that changed her whole world. Who is the absolute love of her life! Jai! See, ive known Emma since we started our nursing journey over 14 years ago. In that time, Em has referred me countless times to friends of hers, including to her Dad, whom I married to the gorgeous Linda earlier this year. So it was an absolute humbling experience for me to ensure I gave Emma and Jai the best ceremony and reception as their Celebrant and MC. And that Dress! It had us all gazing jealously and had Jai gazing in ways I can't explain here....🫣😂. I knew a few of the guests here, including another couple Colin & Priscilla who not only are best mates with Em, but who Em also referred and who I married 6 years ago, which is where Emma met Jai. At Colins Bucks weekend! Lol. That's how cool Emma is. She was also Colins GroomGal, and rocked a suit like no bodies business! But here, on her and Jais Wedding Day, she owned that Dress...and Jai's heart. And i had the ALL the emotions. The day was filled with so much love, fun and laughter, and you could hear Emma's laugh from all over Toowoomba I'm sure...lol. on hand we had Anthony Jackson Media, who I've worked with before, and he really is a stand out Photographer. He can read the play, adjust and make any camera shy muppet feel right at home infront of the lense. You really should check him out for your photo needs. Anyhoot, I will always feel extremely blessed to have helped my friends have a day they hoped for. And I swear, whilst I know Emma & Jai did have an amazing day, these are the kind of days you wish you could go back and do all over again. Emma & Jai, thank you for having me and thank you for letting me share in one of the BEST days of your lives! Happy 1 month! 😂❤️😘🫣

Oh, what a day! But wet or not? We still had a gorgeous, however a little wet ceremony.
Beth & Bernadette from worked their magic again, and the garden's were immaculate. I love working here.
Des & Rob were referred to me by Beth, and these 2 are just some of the wildest but wonderful couple I get to meet and work with.
Incorporating Hand-Fasting, Sword Ceremony & so much more, we had an amazing ceremony.
And you know you've done an exceptional job when you're hugged and congratulated by pretty much all in attendance.
I'll never get tired or sick of having the humbling roll as your Celebrant. So to Des & Rob, thankyou for trusting Beth's referral and me on getting you married just the way you wanted!

Firstly, let's chat about how even our older gens get nervous and excited about their Wedding Day! Thats exactly how Bruce & Linda were last Thursday morning as they were minutes out from their Ceremony. It was positively the cutest and funniest thing, and I and their families and friends were there for it.
Held at the beautiful Let Minnow Cafe at Clayfield, a regular stop in for B&L, as one of Bruce's daughters lives just up the road, 30'ish of their closest family and friends came to celebrate and share in a very and loving day.
There was laughter, banter, a few little tears...mainly from Emma, another of Bruce's daughters and a great friend of mine...I'll explain her in a second...lol. But I was absolutely honoured to be able to unite Bruce & and Linda in front of their best people. Together, for over a decade, they decided to replace their typical dancing shoes (yes, they're avid dancers) for more formal but comfortable attire and finally say their I Do's. I can't tell you how much I loved being part of this.
Which is where Emma comes in. I've known Emma since 2011/12, when we were both studying our nursing. She was and still is one of the funniest, gorgeous, and beautiful hearts I've ever met, and this past decade, she has championed me like I was a Lady of the Night...🤔🫣😉😂. Bless her...lol. She has pimped me out so much...lol, but I've had the best time and amazing clients because they trusted her. I owe her alot....thankfully however I get to repay her....😉, as she too is a Bride in Waiting, and later this year, I get to pay back all her hard work! So Dearest Em....loves ya lots and thanks for always thinking of me!
And to Bruce and Linda, thank you for trusting Em and allowing me the absolute honour of being your Celebrant. You Two incite marriage goals, and I think you both are the bee's knees!
Ps, we'll definitely come dancing with you both for sure! 💃🕺🥰

To all my 2024 couples, Thank you for allowing me the absolute honour in bringing you both together to start the new chapters of your lives. It was an absolute privilege.
For my 2025 couples, I'm excited to have the opportunity to bring you together with the love of your life.
Life is beautiful when we get to create beautiful things. Your ceremonies are my creative Wheelhouse and I'm so excited to create magic for your upcoming day!

I can't even comprehend the " " that past Saturdays Wedding & Reception got me feeling.
There were so many alternative and playful moments throughout the day & night.
These small teaser pics, captured by , are simply put... .
And now about this absolutely rad, unique, gorgeous, and couple- Cheyenne and Emery.
Straight off the bat, at our first meeting roughly 18 months ago, I knew I wanted to keep them..🫣😉😂.
They totally and impeccably created a vision on how their day was going to go. And I was way way way to excited to be part of that process. How could I not?!! I am, after all, an 🫣😂.
They even got their "Participation Certificate " 😉 to happily hang on the wall, or hide in a drawer..🤔😏😆
These 2 are the stereotypical production, which included Cheyennes frickin DRESS!!!!
I even gasped in joy and envy lol, at how Perfect this Dress was for Cheyenne.
5 years together and 2 insanely "squish ya cheeks like Nonna would've done" little boys, their lives may not be too different, but they certainly have an amazing little family!
Their Bridal Party also deserve a mention. They are all incredibly funny, pranksters, jokers, serious side eyer's 🤣 and had us in fits of s**ts and giggles!
I got to work with for the first time,
Who seriously is in my top 3 Togs to consider hiring. She is absolutely fkn Brilliant 👏 👌. I'm looking forward to seeing more of her photos.
Cheyenne and Emery chose and with emokid culture coursing through their veins, this is definitely a venue rich in character for those who are looking for alternative and playful venues.
I stayed on to MC which had on the tables, working his magic. And the people were there for it...especially when your play list is 80s/90s + punk rock !

The team at SG as normal put on a banging effort in styling, feeding and hydrating us all!

It really was an incredible day! And I'm so glad it went so well and that finally, the 2 got to the day they'd worked hard for, surrounded by their .

There's many things we think we might not get an opportunity again to have when we have loved and lost.
Sadly, both Fatima and Mal had become widowers and never thought another chance present itself!
But life had another idea 💡.
It only took a matter of weeks for both to realise that chemistry could still work it's magic and it's way into their hearts.
We were hoping to have their ceremony outside at the Gorgeous however it was decided early due to weather that inside was best. And the Beautiful Beth (own of Reid's Place) & the Gorgeous Bernadette spared no efforts to cater for all the couple needed. I love Beth * Bernadette, and it's a great pleasure to work with them ag.
Mal & Fatimas family and friends celebrated with the couple as they smiled and beamed during their ceremony.
And check out Fatimas Dress! I wish I'd gotten a stand up photo, but this Bride wore that dress like the Boss she is! Not only is she Beautiful but carries a quick and hilarious whit about her, I want to be just like her when I grow up 😂🫣😘
It was an absolutely beautiful ceremony and I loved being able to help them.

Saturday was an incredible day for an incredible couple. Bronwyn & Ryan, after over a decade together, got to get their "I Do Day"! And it was epic.
Held at their property just outside Wamuran at Campbells Pocket, in front of roughly 40 odd of their nearest and dearest, and incorporating some pagan/wiccan and norse tributes including a Hand-Fasting, it was a ceremony that not just resonated with them, but their guests agreed all to well that it was a great story of a journey shared thus far and where this new chapter will take them.
It was also, like many of my ceremonies, full of banter and maybe even taking a moment or 3 for Ryan, his men and even Bron and the guests to find composure again after particular attention was brought to light on how the 28 foot deep dam may or may not be used in the future 😳 😱🫣😂
So, it not only had the laughs, but it also had the feels!
Ryan went all out, trying to create his perfect Vows for Bron, and to his surprise, they were actually fkn brilliant, and we all "aww'd" after hearing them.
Bron wrote from the heart, and we felt it .. it was humbling to hear such personal, honest, and raw Vows.
Bron & Ryan were referred to me by one of Brons' best mates Loz, who I married her to her hubby a few years ago, and it was so good to catch up. And as always, it's so fricken nice to be recommended 👌 ☺️.
Ryan & Bron, you're the epitome of what working with awesome clients should be. So thank you for trusting me to get you two hitched and being part of your story ❤️

Today marks their 1st Anniversary, yet it only feels like yesI had the special and beautiful pleasure to Marry my friends Sarah & Steve.
Sarah, a Celebrant also, who also married my husband and I, looked absolutely stunning in this glorious colourful floral gown. It was spectacular. Steve looked Dapper and stood so proud as Sarah made her way to him.
This was an absolutely fantastic day, and I still get a little sentimental that not only was I asked to help start their new chapter but also as their friend and help celebrate with them.
Ps, both Steve & my husband Merv are karaoke fans, and both entertained the guests with their great vocals. Whilst Sarah and the crowd danced along. 😍

This Bloke...My Husband. Another year around the sun 🌞, and another year I've had, getting to Love you!
Yep, we've had our ups & downs. But, we have learnt and are always learning to be the best person, not just for ourselves, but for us. For our Love.
You are the one who walks with me during my trials. You are my biggest Cheerleader.
I'm going to be always Grateful that you saw something worthy in me, and whilst I may get a little crappy and annoying, you always know just how to support me.

Backyard Bests!
Seriously....I love me a great Backyard Wedding. Though Brooke & Harlee have a bit more space than most of us..lol.
But you get to make the space your own, and it's exactly what B&H did. Harlee, with the help of great mates,built the Arbour and Signing Table. Decorated and put out the bales.
It was seriously an epic job.
What I love about this wedding to, is that I met Brooke & Harlee through a previous couple of mine, Amie and Dallas, who I met through a friend of mine Amanda, who I married to her husband Shannon. So, it's been an absolute humbling referral system for years now. Including another referral today from guests of Brooke & Harlee.
It means I'm doing something right!
But back to My Couple! These 2 really are just your down to earth, county loving, family loving couple who seek only good friendships and the love of a great human.
So today, after 15+ years together, where the joke us that Harlee literally picked Brooke out of the gutter (it's an inside joke..lol), they finally got their day.
They were with their most important people, including the farm animals who watched on, and Brooke's neighbour even jumped the fence to congratulate them. It was a wickedly fun ceremony... of course, but sentiment wasn't lost as they exchanged Personal Vows, which had us all a little choked up.
And following the ceremony and photos, everyone started smacking their lips, as we were enveloped by the amazing smell of dinner cooking in the background - had that sorted.
Today was a great day, and it was a great way to step back into the wedding season for me after a small hiatus.
Congratulations, Brooke and Harlee. You 2 are fkn fab! 😘🤘🤠

A week ago, I had the greatest pleasure of uniting Bec & Beau and their blended families.
Referred to me by one of my past Brides but also friend (thanks babe), I got to know B&B pretty well and all the shenanigans and cool chaos that is their lives. But these 2 take everything in their Stride... and are so steadfast, I don't think there'll ever be anything they can't handle together.
They are the ying and yang to each other, but work so well in everything they undertake.
And fark are they funny!!! The ceremony was exactly as they hoped, light-hearted, hilarious, guest engagement and surrounded by their closest family and friends that supported these 2 unconditionally.
Being set up by their bosses, there was a risk if this didn't go well.....but these bosses are very perceptive and knew that Bec & Beau would make a great couple.
All I can say is that I had a fkn super afternoon getting these 2 hitched and are stoked they trusted me via a recommendation.
So..Bec & Beau, Congratulations on 1 week married so far....here's to another 60+, of a tonne of love, potentially avoiding bedroom hazards 🫣😉🤣, and all the laughter, support and I'm confident a Non-Boring life together 🫣😉.
