Meal prep with me!?
1lb of asiago & spinach chicken sausage 1lb shrimp 1/2lb of Mixed peppers, 1/2lb of Brussels sprouts, 1/2lb of zucchini, 1/2lb of onions. Directions: Clean shrimp, cut up sausages and veggies, Toss all ingredients in a mixing bowl with 1/2 cup of olive or grapeseed oil, 1tbs of garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, pepper, chicken bouillon and a splash of red pepper flakes, take all the ingredients and toss together. Once coated grab a lined baking sheet, Take the mixture and evenly place it on the baking sheet, after which you will place it inside of a pre heated oven of 375 for 40min, Turning it at 20min. Once done, place in meal prep containers, and combine with brown rice, quinoa, or sweet potatoes.

From a very young age I have always enjoyed being in the kitchen with my grandmother. She is the very reason why I fell in love with cooking. I witnessed her excitement when she fed people. She loved seeing family and friends gathered around the table eating, laughing, and enjoying each other’s company. In saying that, with life happening, it’s easy to forget to share moments, and create happiness, and what is happiness without food!  So today in honor of my grandma’s birthday, I am pledging to bring families back to the table to create memories!  Island Made Catering is hosting a raffle drive, purchase a raffle for $5.00 to enter to win a dinner for a family of 4. The proceeds will be donated to the No Kids Go Hungry Charity.

Here’s how to participate, cashapp 5.00 (you can enter as many times as you’d like) to $chefrocky, in the notes, please enter Charity Donation and your contact number. I will do a live drawing to announce the winner. I will also take pictures when I make the donation to the charity.
