Some of my friends would ask, “ano na nga ba ang ginagawa mo ngayon, Kim?” (Back story, I used to work as a nurse for almost 8 years.)

May follow-up pa yan na, “Ayaw mo na ba mag-nurse? Sayang naman, mag-abroad ka.” (ICU was my area before I left SLMC-QC)

I would simply smile and reply, I am an Event Planner.

There are more reasons to love what I am doing, but I simply love my job for this very reason:

I can bring my Muji, Puji and Lovey to work and get to spend time with them. (FYI during meetings and ocular and sometimes food tasting—not the actual event.)

I love what I am doing, I love working with my team, and my industry friends. I love helping my clients create and experience their dream event.

I love my job and this is what I do: I am a Professional Event Planner and Celebration Specialist.

From the heartfelt "Mahigpit Na Yakap" Book Launch to celebrating the 27th Year Anniversary of Kuya Aries and Ms. Mayette, our hearts were full of inspiration and joy.

We were also privileged to hear inspiring stories from our fellow event and wedding suppliers, reminding us of the beauty of collaboration and community.

On a personal note, I'd like to thank Ate Mayette for a special surprise moment for honoring my parents and their remarkable 40th anniversary.
