Marinated Chicken Breasts are on special this week at $3.99/lb,
Join me tonight as I prepare this Sundried Tomato Stuffed Chicken Breast recipe.

If you're cooking along with me, here is your shopping list: (Recipe serves two)
- 2 Old World Meats Tomato Basil Marinated Chicken Breasts
- 1 Ball of Fresh Mozzarella (I prefer Belgioioso brand)
- 0.75oz Package of Fresh Basil (About a Handful of Basil Leaves)
- Sundried Tomatoes in oil ( I prefer julienned)
- For the sauce: Dijon Mustard, White Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Olive Oil, Italian Seasoning, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt & Pepper.

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
2. Whisk together 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp sugar, 2 tsp oil from sundried tomato jar, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, and salt & pepper to taste.
3. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and sear on a cast iron pan until both sides are golden. Allow to cool, then cut a deep pocket into chicken breast to stuff (see photo)
4. Pat chicken dry, then rub down with the sauce you made (including inside the pocket)
5. Slice mozzarella and stuff the pocket with mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, basil, and the remaining sauce.
6. Use toothpicks to help keep ingredients from spilling out. Bake uncovered until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
7. Remove toothpicks and serve

It's back!!! Tig's Smoked Turkeys will be available for sale starting Wednesday November 13 at 7:00 am through Thursday November 14th at 5:30 pm (or until we sell out). This is a full Tig's BBQ stock up sale, so even if you don't want a turkey, you're going to want to get in on this sale!!
Here is what you need to know (PLEASE READ):
1) Our online store will open promptly at 7:00 am on Wednesday November 13th and will remain open until Thursday November 14th at 5:30 p.m. or until we sell out, whichever comes first. No orders will be taken prior to the store opening. You must order online through our store link:

2) Pick up for this sale will be between the hours of Noon and 6pm on Tuesday, November 26th and Noon and 6pm on Wednesday, November 27th. No exceptions! Orders not picked up will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
3) Turkeys will be between 16-18 pounds pre-cooked weight and are $85 each. They will be fully smoked and you just need to heat and eat! We will have 1lb and 3lb sliced turkey breast packages as well for $20/lb.

For those asking we will also have available double smoked ham for $5.99/lb that will require a non-refundable $25 deposit which will be applied to the balance due at time of pick up. Our apricot glaze will also be available.
4) We cannot guarantee or reserve a specific size turkey for you, but will do our best to accommodate your request for "bigger" or "smaller" upon pick up depending on what we have available.
5) We will have packages of brisket, pork, and chicken available. Mac & Cheese, smoked mashed potatoes, smoke Au gratin potatoes and beans will be available by pint or half gallon. Ribs will be available by full racks only.
6) THIS IS A PICK UP SALE ONLY! WE DO NOT HAVE DELIVERY OR SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR MEATS OR SIDES. Pick up is from Tig's shop located at 1502 Osage Avenue in Duluth, MN. You will receive instructions about pick up when your order is placed.
7) We will have all of our sauces, rubs, and gift packages available for sale.
