Hi everyone.
After witnessing the devastating impact of HIV in the 90s, I was deeply troubled by a recent report by Orser, L., & Holmes, D. (2023). The report revealed a staggering 30% increase in HIV diagnoses among heterosexual individuals in just one year, and an alarming more than triple rise within the LGBTQ+ community. I understand that these statistics may be concerning, but we can make a difference.
Let's all remember to be kind to one another and prioritize our safety. Each of us has a role to play in preventing the spread of HIV.
