Our squad had a blast on Emily & Kerry's big day despite the weather trying to stop our fun. We did a peacock sequin backdrop to fit their theme, and of course provided DJ, MC, and lighting services (see previous post for se video highlights). Thanks for having us and congrats once again, y'all!

We love getting to know our clients as people! Why? To ensure we make their celebrations the best they can be, of course!

Emily & Kerry met over eight years ago and were engaged in 2022 while on a cruise with their kids. They love attending concerts, having seen everyone from Queen to Van Halen, Mötley Crüe, Def Leppard, Poison, and Emily's favorite: Pitbull! They also love seeing Marvel and DC movies together with their family, plus attending Comicon (and meeting celebs like Jeff Goldblum and Brendan Frasier). After the wedding, they'll be headed off on another great cruise to St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, and even a private island! 🛳️

As for the big day itself, Emily & Kerry will tie the knot at the beautiful Azle Deer Cove. We expect around 125 guests from places as diverse as Panama, Las Vegas, Wisconsin, and of course Texas. GDG will provide sound and music for their wedding ceremony, DJ and MC services for the cocktail hour and reception, as well as lighting effects and everyone's favorite: our luxury mirror photobooth! Oh, and we're hosting several custom games for extra fun 🤣👍

The visual theme of the event is "peacock colors" (purples, greens, and blues), and the music promises to be just as poppin'! A few artists whose tunes may be heard during the reception include Michael Jackson, Nicki Minaj, Brooks & Dunn, Pitbull, Katy Perry, Kenny Loggins, The Beatles, Rihanna, Emilio Navaira and Miguel Michael Salgado. We can't wait to get this party started with Emily, Kerry, and all their favorite peeps!

"BEST DJ Vendor out there!!! Gabriel has been ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! He's so amazing that I have hired him for 3 separate events over the last year, one of them being my wedding. He has been hands-down one of the best vendors I have ever used. He is very organized and knowledgeable about the flow of each type of event I have hired him for. He has a fantastic app where you can add in your music selections for each phase of your event. He is an excellent communicator and is very thorough. His app allows collaboration between himself, the client, and any other necessary vendors to run extremely smoothly. He tailored the music to our intercultural wedding, and the dance floor was never empty. His energy and enthusiasm kept the atmosphere vibrant. He also provided lighting and a selfie station, which were instrumental in providing a celebratory atmosphere for our reception. This photo was taken the day I started my business, over a decade ago. As you can see, I was already very wealthy and focused. I also had a nice computer. But I wanted more. I wanted to GIVE more. And that's just what I've done. I've given hundreds upon hundreds of people the greatest celebrations of their lives. Actually, it's many thousands if you count the event guests and not just my actual clients. I've helped start so many families. Strong families with down-home values, unbreakable bonds, and farm-to-table meals (I assume). I've also played the explicit version of "Candy Shop" with young children present at a wedding, because the bride was drunk and she ordered me to. Yes, I've pretty much done it all at this point. Here's to whatever comes next! 🥂
