From Spring through Fall visit SMØR's food cart on Grand Avenue. Creatively delicious, savory (and some sweet!) sandwiches, including tangy pulled pork with fennel slaw and Vafler Sweeties (Norwegian waffle sammies with sweet filling). "...The food was both gorgeous and delicious! I heard specific comments from our guests about the stuffed mushrooms, the prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, the roast chicken, and the potato spears! Wes and I took the leftover stuffed mushrooms on our honeymoon and ate them as our dinner that first night! Nothing else... just your amazing appetizers! Your presentation was beautiful too. I will have to put you in touch with our photographer, who took some great photos of your buffet set-ups. I can't say how much I appreciate your willingness to work around my food sensitivities and our general pickiness - I can't imagine anyone who didn't know me well could have guessed the menu was designed to accommodate a particular diet.
