ON YOUR WEDDING DAY.....

From my experience as a Coordinator and a Bride, I gotta say that those mixed feelings of joy, excitement, anticipation, worries, anxiety, and even sadness or anger are all normal.

My advice is to ENJOY your special day! You've spent so much time planning up to that point so let all the hard work reveal itself! Know that the things you've envisioned might not get executed the way you pictured it to, and that's OKAY!

Don't worry about how much fun everyone is having/not having, it is YOUR (and your partner's) day so let down your guard and have fun!!

If you are feeling anxious or scared about making this leap of faith, remind yourself WHY you're doing this; because you love your partner and because this meme is the truth! LOL* Smile, breathe, and put one foot in front of the other.

If something is making you angry, whether it's deep in your past or happening right then and there, my best advice is to LET IT GO.. at least for this one day. There's no use in holding onto anger, it will eat you up and ruin the good things that you could be embracing. For me, I had a few mishaps especially with the Photographer being unprofessional but I could only take it as a learning experience.

If you're feeling sad about something, especially because someone Dear to you isn't physically there for whatever reason.. I want you to know that their presence is absolutely there in Spirit! They are as real and as happy for you as your beating heart! ❤️

Also, be sure to have a good night's rest, drink plenty of water and eat beforehand to hydrate and calm the nerves.

The Lotus flower was chosen as our logo because of its symbolic attributes. This remarkable Water Lily grows in muddy water and rises above the surface to bloom with radiant beauty! It closes up at night and sinks underwater, only to rise again to embrace daylight. Besides its fascinating appearance, the Pink Lotus is especially known to signify enlightenment; purity of the heart and mind.

Goes to show that beauty can be found anywhere, even in unpleasant places. That's where we come in, we have the vision, imagination, and creativity to make your dreams come true!

PM is proud to have coordinated this summer wedding at Queen Elizabeth Pavilion, followed by a Chinese style dinner reception at Shiang Garden. The Bride and Groom's main request was for everything to be organized and set up ahead of time and for everyone to have a great time. Of course we were all over that! With just under 250 guests, a live band +DJ, a 10 course meal and an abundance of alcohol (including a bottle of Hennessy at each table), it was guaranteed a good time! Congrats again to the happy couple!

Look at these gorgeous, glamorous, BOLD Wedding dresses! It can get really overwhelming to choose your perfect dress! But once you find it, trust me all the FEELS are real!

The trick is to make the dress fit you not the other way around. Don't focus on squeezing into that size, instead picture yourself wearing this on your big day! Will you be comfortable/confident in it? Do you like what you see in the mirror? Is it within budget? Do you absolutely LOVE it?!

It also helps to understand your body type and for the cut to compliment your "assets." Go in with a positive attitude and an open mind, you really don't know until you put it on! Trust your girls to give you their honest opinion. Good luck Ladies! Keep it fun and 💯!!

One of my favourite things about weddings are the speeches! Love the creativity and honesty put into them! If you don't like public speaking, the best advice to calm the nerves is to just speak from your heart, don't hold back. If you gotta cry, cry! Just let it out. Project Moenalisa, was established in 2008, the name is a right fit because I have always enjoyed working on projects. In combination with my Artistic touch; the famous Mona Lisa and my nickname, 'Project Moenalisa' came to me like naming a Baby:)

While we specialize in other Events, Weddings are the cream of the crop because there's so much riding on this big day! It's probably the only occasion in ones life where everyone that's anyone will all be at the same place, at the same time! That calls for a lot of excitement! Think of it as a big bubble of LOVE that affects not just the Bride & Groom but literally, all that's in attendance! Such an amazing union to celebrate!

With that said, take it from me, you want a Planner that is passionate in their profession to lighten your load and pop those irresistible bubbles!
