Tierra Hilton is your customer service advisor. She has over 20 years of experience in customer service, including management and ownership of multiple businesses. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Health with a concentration in Community Leadership. In her current role as Regional Administrative Assistant for the South Carolina Department of Public Health Epidemiology department, Tierra is committed to providing excellent customer service. She believes that everyone, especially those who work with the public, should possess excellent customer service skills and every customer deserves to receive excellent customer service.
