☀️☀️☀️ I'm sure a Wriggler asked me once to make it sunny for them.....well I'm taking credit for today's weather....I brought it back with me!!!! ☀️☀️☀️

Still buzzing that Ellie didn't get burnt.....haven't got a clue how rob and I managed it!!!!! And laughing that I was all super organised booked a Tesco delivery for the night we got home...... to be sat on a sun lounger to hear rob say....that's funny Tesco have taken the money today.....I knew straight away I had been a robot and booked for my usual Sunday night spot!!!!

Happy Jiggyversary to me!!!!

I now have two years experience of wriggling with you all and guess what I have loved every second!!!!!

You guys make everyday completely different......we have enjoyed new themes, hot weather, cold weather, power cuts, wonderfully well behaved sessions and I can't believe how chaotic that was
sessions!

I have shared first claps, first rolls, first steps, first time putting something in the bag, good days and loooonnngggg days!

You have all helped me through Ellie's first year at school!!!!

Jiggys was my happy place when Ellie was little she was happy and I was able to escape and be told what to do for 45 minutes. I now get to wriggle 48 weeks a year and hopefully create that space for you guys!

So what will my next year bring.....new themes, new props, more smiles and more energy!!!!

This year was brought to you with the help and friendship of Alice-Rose Kew and Sarah Kate . They have now passed on their Jiggy Bug however they will not get rid of my singing voice notes on the way to work. I just have a larger audience now with Amy and amber from Jiggys Basingstoke and Andover.

Thank you all for coming and making Jiggys what it is!!!! I still do a happy dance inside every time my phone pings with a booking!!!

Someone asked me about tummy time today......I went around the houses....this is the perfect way to explain what I meant!!!

👶 TUMMY TIME 👶

Tummy time, an activity often recommended by healthcare professionals, serves an important purpose in promoting your baby’s muscle development.

By engaging in tummy time, your baby can strengthen their neck, back, and shoulder muscles, preparing them for sitting up and crawling. Additionally, it provides them with a different perspective of the world around them.

It’s important to note that tummy time doesn’t necessarily have to be on the floor, especially during the early stages. You can also have your baby lie on your chest, as they will naturally lift their heads to explore their surroundings. This way, your baby remains in a safe space, close to you, allowing them to hear your heartbeat and enabling you to offer support if necessary.

Just be sure to stay awake and attentive to ensure your baby’s safety during this time.

As your baby grows, they can gradually transition into doing tummy time on the floor, typically on a mat. It’s common for babies to initially resist tummy time, so don’t be alarmed.

Starting with just a few minutes a day is sufficient in the beginning, gradually increasing the duration to about 20-30 minutes throughout the day by the time they reach 6 months old.

Who has been loving Olympic week.....I really have. The excitement in the room has been brilliant...I have also loved seeing wriggkers help each other, sharing and rowing boats together!!!!

Jiggys wouldnt be Jiggys without the big Jiggys too.....a massive thank you to you all for making everyone so welcome. I remember walking into groups for the first time .....it's scary!!!! However i would love to be coming to Jiggys all over again to meet you fab bunch!!!!
