How much time do we have for set-up?
Such an important question… the scale of the design we have the freedom to create, number of installers we need to hire, prep work required to be done before we arrive on site, and the type of truck needed to transport all the decor depends entirely on the amount of time we have to set up.

For this party, we had 3.5 hours. But first, we had to go through Disneyland’s security inspection before we could park and unload. This inspection and unloading process took one full hour! So we were left with 2.5 hours for setup. Thank goodness for my amazing installation assistant, 🙌🏼
I couldn’t do these difficult days without you 🙏🏼

We are over the moon about how beautifully Nektarios’ Baptism came together! Creating a vintage Mickey Mouse theme backdrop at the Grand California Hotel presented a few hurdles 😅 (We couldn’t use any Mickey Mouse props or images due to copyright laws, but we did manage to get approval for the plain black Mickey Mouse head silhouette, the Mouse head balloons, and the Disney endorsed plush Mickey Mouse dolls for the centerpieces!)
Nothing that some good communication and teamwork can’t resolve though!
In all, we think this backdrop SCREAMS Mickey Mouse, even without using any actual Mickey Mouse props 🙌🏼

While they may be slightly smaller in size (so you can transport it ready to party), they are created especially with your event aesthetic in mind!

With pickup available in Mission Viejo, all you need is a large SUV or van with all back seats folded down and cargo space completely empty.

We will have your backdrop rental and balloons ready for pickup a day before your event, and you can return your backdrop rental the day after your event so you have your entire day free to celebrate with your family and friends!
